By entrusting the seven precious things arising from Oṃ into the hand, contemplate that the auspicious connection of turning the wheel of Dharma is arranged. May all purposes be accomplished, the wish-fulfilling jewel of all desires, with the seven precious royal possessions, empower the supreme king. Holding up ornaments, silk diadem, flower garlands, etc., adorned with the majestic ornaments of empowerment, head ornaments, necklaces, and earrings, armlets, anklets, and bracelets, bestow them upon the king who has obtained empowerment. Contemplate that the vajra name is uttered in one voice by the teacher and the Tathāgatas residing in the sky. Holding the vajra with the right hand in the gesture of granting refuge. The hosts of deities of empowerment filling the sky, such as the lords of the families, pay homage and prostrate to that king who has obtained empowerment, majestic with beauty, because he is the lord.
