At the heart of Laba, PHAṬ (藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：phaṭ，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：PHAṬ)! Thus, insert the stake, and sprinkle nectar to bestow: Hūṃ! Great glorious life-lord, black one, please open your face! Heaven and earth open their mouths, the glaciers bare their fangs. The intermediate space stretches its tongue, swallowing the three thousand worlds into its throat. I offer the flesh, blood, and bones of enemies and obstructors to be slain. This unsurpassed offering of the three poisons of affliction, I beseech you to enjoy it, delighting in all the remaining remnants. Having accepted it, may we regain our borrowed vows. Having fulfilled your vows, grant the desired siddhis. I beseech you to avert obstacles, disharmony, and hindrances. May the consciousness of enemies and obstructors attain the state of Heruka! In the realm of the fierce Dharmadhātu, naturally pure, From the unborn realm, you arose in an illusory form, Blood-drinking wrathful king, slayer of Mañjuśrī Yamāntaka, To accomplish manifest activities, I urge your samaya. Although your mind does not waver from the peace of Dharmadhātu, The beings of the five degenerations with evil deeds, Cannot be subdued by peaceful means, therefore, with great compassion, Manifest in an unbearable, terrifying, fierce form. The hosts of demons who harm the accomplishment of enlightenment, And the general enemies of the teachings, complete with the ten directions, Especially the hosts of enemies who hate me, Without懈怠in manifest fierce activities, Quickly seize them, cut off their lives, exhaust their time, Annihilate them into dust without even a name, The time for your samaya has arrived, Samaya (藏文：ས་མ་ཡ，梵文天城体：samaya，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：vow)!
