Her complexion is dark blue-black, like churning rain clouds. Her right hand brandishes a khaṭvāṅga with a black silk banner, and her left hand holds a blood-filled skull cup. She is adorned with black silk garments and demonic ornaments, and rides a black demon horse with wind wings. From Bhyaḥ arises the demoness, Siṃhamukhā. She is red, holding a trident and the lungs and heart. She wears a red cloak and rides a fierce horse. To her right and left are two corpses, male and female. Their terrifying forms trample each other. She is surrounded by hundreds of thousands of the eight classes of demons. Her three places are marked with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Light radiates, and you invite her retinue to come. Oṃ Mahākāla Siṃhamukha Hūṃ Phaṭ! Tri Hriṃ Ja! Ḍāki Sinārāma Tri Hriṃ Ja! Aya Mā Duru Tsa Śana Tsitta Hriṃ Hriṃ Ja! Furthermore, From all the twenty-four sacred places, the one father, glorious protector Siṃhamukhā, the one mother, goddess Sinārāma, and the messengers, the hosts of a thousand divisions of demon soldiers, by the power of your oath, quickly come here. Please come with unobstructed speed. Vajra Samāja! Hūṃ! Having come fiercely, offer the libation of blood. Cool the feet with poisonous water, and seat the enemies and obstacles on the seat. Adorn the body with a garland of heads. Fill the air with clouds of smoke from burning great demon-fearing fat. Ignite the great fire of the eon with melted corpse cloth. Arise from the realm of Dharma, Mahakala, come to this place! Cool grove of the great charnel ground, terrifying sound and so on, from the eight great charnel grounds, great Droling, please come! From the ten places of Heruka, great field protectors, please come! From the forest of Malaya, great command attendants, please come! Snow king Tise Tsari Tra, Lapchi snow and white snow, snow king Padma Crystal Mountain and so on, from the great snow range Dzong and so on, accomplish.
