May all sentient beings attain the state of Vajradhara. May the noble Tara protect us with her compassion! In your own heart, on a red lotus and sun-moon cushion, visualize the wisdom being. At its center, a red TĀṂ (藏文ཏཱཾཿ，梵文天城体ताṃ，梵文罗马拟音tām，汉语字面意思：当), and the samadhi being. Around it, the ten syllables are arranged, facing inward. Clearly visualize this, and recite: Oṃ Tāre Tuttāre Ture Svāhā. Arrange the faultless feast offerings as they are available. All the impurities and faults of the feast, burn, scatter, and cleanse with Raṃ Yaṃ Khaṃ (藏文རཾ་ཡཾ་ཁཾ་，梵文天城体रं यं खं，梵文罗马拟音raṃ yaṃ khaṃ，汉语字面意思：让、扬、康). With Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体ओṃ āḥ hūṃ，梵文罗马拟音oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡、啊、吽), transform it into the essence of wisdom's uncontaminated nectar. From the pure realm of the Dharmadhatu, Noble Jetsun Tara, surrounded by Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, come here and bless the sacred substances. Oath-bound Tara, mother and sons, the three roots and the ocean of oath-bound ones, offer the supreme feast offering of desirable qualities, non-conceptual bliss, and great bliss substances. The first feast is offered. Due to our ignorance and delusion, the faults and obscurations that displeased the heart of Noble Tara and her retinue, we fulfill and confess with the feast offering. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra. All obstacles and enemies that obstruct my life and merit, dissolve into this feast offering and present it to you. Please grant that there be no obstacles to the accomplishment of enlightenment. The Dakinis who have power over the leftovers, who travel in the sky with unobstructed miraculous powers, who guide the fortunate and liberate the unfortunate, please accept the leftover offerings and accomplish the activities. Ḍāka Ḍāki Baliṃta Khāhi (藏文ཌཱ་ཀ་ཌཱ་ཀི་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁཱ་ཧི།，梵文罗马拟音ḍāka ḍāki baliṃta khāhi，汉语字面意思：空行母空行，食供品！). Offer the leftovers. In the beginning, middle, and end of the kalpas, Kunsang Dolma, the lotus garland wearer, when entrusting the intention, speaking the tantras, and hiding the treasures, all the wisdom activity Dakinis and oath-bound ones, please show your respective forms, offer your own symbols, life force, and essence. As you have taken vows and made promises in the past, please accept this torma, avert obstacles, and accomplish the four entrusted activities. Now, in this kalpa, when the fortunate Dharma lords open the treasures of profound intention, may the protectors, according to their respective promises, accept this torma and accomplish the entrusted activities. Offer the Chad Tho. Assembly of steadfast mothers who listen to the command of Guru Padmasambhava, come here and enjoy this torma of command, cut off diseases, subdue weapons and kalpas, and please be the companions for the well-being of Tibet.

། །Mama Lili Khakha Tete Mama Sing Droma Valimta Khakha Khahi Khahi. Offer the steadfast mother. Finally, make a brief offering and praise. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times. Ask for forgiveness with the two verses beginning with 'Unprepared' and so on. May the wisdom deity remain steadfastly. Consider yourself as the unobtainable Holy Mother. Rest in equanimity in the state of primordial purity. Again, rise as the Holy Mother, like a fish leaping from the water. By this merit, may I quickly, having attained the Holy Mother Tara, may every single being, without exception, be established in that state. O Noble Holy Tara, may your compassion always protect me and all beings, inseparably, and may auspiciousness and well-being increase. Recite the dedication and auspicious verses. Thus, this practice manual of the secret practice of the Holy Mother Tara, the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, was written by Dorje Drakpo at the Tsuglagkhang (main temple) of Omin Tsur Mdo Bo Lung, according to the instructions of the esteemed Khen Rinpoche Kalsang Trinley Yarphel, so that all beings as vast as space may be established in the state of the Holy Mother. May the samaya of the Yidam ocean of Buddhas be fulfilled. May the samaya of the heroes and dakinis be fulfilled. May the samaya of the Dharma Protectors, the oath-bound ones, be fulfilled. Especially, may the samaya of Tara and her retinue be fulfilled. May the samaya of the assembly of fierce treasure guardians be fulfilled. May the samaya of the white-sided protectors and their retinue be fulfilled. May the samaya of the local deities, the land owners, and their retinue be fulfilled. May the samaya of all those worthy of fulfillment be fulfilled. May the samaya be fulfilled in the emptiness, the realm of Dharma. May the samaya be fulfilled in the expanse of ungrasping appearance. May the samaya be fulfilled in the great union of appearance and emptiness. May it be fulfilled in the primordial purity, the expanse of Kuntuzangpo.
