The moon turns red, and the fog runs like a horse and coils like a snake. If the mountain top looks like it's wearing a hat, it's a sign of rain. Lakes or springs increase in volume compared to before, and sounds like dragons are heard from underground, which are also signs of rain. Seven hunters—also said to be the seven heavenly dog brothers—are covered by thick black clouds. It will rain in two days, and similarly, if covered by yellow clouds, it will rain in three days, and it will rain day and night continuously. If covered by red clouds, it will rain in five days. If covered by white clouds, it will rain in ten days. Clouds gather, shaped like owl feathers, drifting from east to west and from south to north. If the clouds and rainbows appear blue and red, it will rain. If the fog dissipates and flows, it will also rain. If thunder is heard from the west, it will rain that night. If it is heard from the east, it will rain in three days. If it is heard from the north, it will rain at midnight that night. Dreaming of floods, diverting water into canals, brewing wine, and the appearance of great people, etc., means it will rain. Descendants, market crowds, respectfully bowing, abundant tea, wine, food, and drink, means it will rain. The appearance of poor, hungry, and thirsty people, or dreaming of saline land, barren land, and empty fields, is said to mean moving elsewhere, but moving is difficult, so repeated prayers and offerings should be made. Dig a hole in the ground, cover it with a stone slab, seal it tightly with mud, and observe it morning and evening. If dew appears on the stone, it is a sign of rain. Dreaming of tattered clothes, great fires, crop failures, and salt, garlic, mustard, and offerings eaten by people, indicates a crop failure, making it difficult to stay, and it is said to mean moving. Similarly, if lakes and springs dry up, it indicates that the dragon deity has no power to bring rain. If lepers, sick people, blind people, etc., appear, making efforts to perform dragon rituals seems likely to bring rain. Do not perform intense rainmaking rituals within three days. If there are no signs after three to five days, and it is difficult to bring rain, continuously recite the mantras of the gods and the dragon deities in the morning. With offerings of precious treasures, drive and summon all the nagas from the nine levels beneath the earth, the depths of the oceans, and the seas of the borders, the seas of play, etc., causing them to tremble in fear involuntarily. May thunder, lightning, and torrential rain spread throughout the world. Recite these mantras fiercely and swiftly. By doing so, they will surely come. If it is still difficult to bring them, go to another potent spring nearby. At the time of the ritual, go there yourself, cover the spring pool with a mat of grass, place three stones on top, and cover it with a stone slab. On top of that, make a dough frog, mix various poisons and blood with water, and place it in a vessel. Hūṃ. May I, in my essence as the deity of the yidam, manifest as the form of the naga demon Nāgarāja. My hair is like the mouth of a crocodile, the upper jaw touching the sky, the lower jaw touching the earth, thunder roaring from my mouth, and mist billowing forth. Lightning flashes from my tongue, and the eyes of the sun and moon glare. A crown of burning black snakes dances in the sky. I wear the skin of a black turtle as clothing, and a great golden turtle is spread as my seat. My body is enveloped and billowing with dark blue-black mist. My right hand holds a snake lasso, and my left hand holds a bag of disease. All the fierce nagas and earth lords are my servants, surrounded by the retinue of the eight great nagas. At the heart of the main deity, the syllable Pheḥ (藏文：ཕེཿ，梵文天城体：फें，梵文罗马拟音：pheṃ，Splendor) radiates light, inviting and absorbing the wisdom being identical to myself. Oṃ Pheṃ Laṃ Hūṃ. Homage to the Three Jewels and the Three Roots.
