With it (referring to the Guru), residing in the expanse of all-pervading phenomena, amidst the blazing five-colored rainbow light spheres. At the crown, the lineage lord Amitayus, father and mother. In all directions and intermediate directions, the Gurus of the whispered lineage, and the peaceful and wrathful deities of the four tantras, six tantras, and nine vehicles, the ocean of vidyadharas and long-life sages who have power over life, crowded like dust motes in sunbeams. In the surroundings, the great general Vaishravana, Yellow Jambhala, and the goddess Vasudhara, chief among the yaksha wealth deities, treasure lords, and vajra dharma protectors, surrounded by inconceivable retinues, residing like dense clouds. On the foreheads of all the main figures and their retinues, visualize white Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), at the throats, visualize red Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), and above the hearts, visualize blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). In order to purify the mindstream and invoke the splendor of the wisdom deities, with intense devotion, regarding the Guru as the actual Orgyen Guru Rinpoche, make a strong request. Based on this, from the Guru's heart, rays of light like iron hooks emanate, spontaneously stimulating the mindstreams of the vast ocean of the Three Roots and Victorious Ones. From their three places, blessings and siddhis of body, speech, and mind descend in the form of body mudras, speech syllables, and mind symbols, like a storm of rain and hail, dissolving into you, generating the faith that your mindstream is blessed. Having said this, ring the ḍamaru and bell, and with melody, chant: Hūṃ Hrīḥ! This teaching is wonderfully amazing! The Lotus King, who rules the world, was born as the son of the King of Orgyen. In Zahor, he severed all imputations. In Shitalavana, he attained the two siddhis. In this snowy land, he expanded the teachings. He subdued the rakshasas of the southwest Ngayab. He is the only friend of beings who does not pass into sorrow. The great supreme Heruka, inseparable from the three kayas. Incomparable supreme Guru, we remember you at this time. From the pure great buddhafields of the Victorious Ones, we invite the Sugata Three Roots, the ocean of dharma protectors, and the retinues of yaksha wealth deities and treasure lords, to come here with unobstructed compassion. Please bestow great blessings upon the mindstreams of the fortunate disciples, life and prosperity.

HUM HUM HUM, thus gather the blessings. JAḤ HUM BAM HOḤ, merge into indivisibility. Visualize the wisdom beings as stable. Recite "TISHTA VAJRA" and place the crossed vajra on the crown of the head. Having thus invited and stabilized the wisdom beings, in order to perform the actual empowerment, first, to attract life force and gather essence, visualize the Guru Ratna Thötrengtsal, the father and mother, radiating five-colored light from the five places, and the assembly of swift goddesses spreading like particles of sunlight. Invite your life force, lifespan, decline, and depletion, as well as the essence of the five elements, the essence of samsara and nirvana, and all auspiciousness, in the form of the nectar of immortal life, rays of various colors.
