ང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་བསྐྱེད་བགྱི་ཞིང་། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ནི་བསླབ་པ་ ལའང་། །རིམ་པ་བཞིན་དུ་བསླབ་པར་བགྱི། །ཞེས་ལན་གསུམ་གྱིས་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་བླང་། དེང་དུས་བདག་ཚེ་འབྲས་བུ་ཡོད། །མི་ཡི་སྲིད་པ་ལེགས་པར་ཐོབ། །དེ་རིང་སངས་རྒྱས་རིགས་སུ་སྐྱེས། །སངས་རྒྱས་སྲས་སུ་ད་གྱུར་ཏོ། །ད་ནི་བདག་གིས་ཅི་ནས་ཀྱང་། །རིགས་དང་མཐུན་པའི་ལས་བརྩམས་ཏེ། །སྐྱོན་མེད་བཙུན་པའི་རིགས་འདི་ལ། །རྙོག་པར་མི་འགྱུར་དེ་ལྟར་བྱ། །ཞེས་དང་། བདག་གིས་དེ་རིང་སྐྱོབ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །སྤྱན་སྔར་འགྲོ་བ་བདེ་གཤེགས་ཉིད་དང་ནི། །བར་དུ་བདེ་ལ་མགྲོན་དུ་བོས་ཟིན་གྱིས། །ལྷ་དང་ལྷ་མིན་ལ་སོགས་དགའ་བར་གྱིས། །ཞེས་དགའ་བ་བསྒོམ། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ནི་རིན་པོ་ཆེ། །མ་སྐྱེས་པ་རྣམས་སྐྱེ་གྱུར་ཅིག །སྐྱེས་པ་ཉམས་པ་མེད་པ་དང་། །གོང་ནས་གོང་དུ་འཕེལ་བར་ཤོག །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དང་མི་འབྲལ་ཞིང་། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སྤྱོད་ལ་གཞོལ་བ་དང་། །སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཡོངས་བཟུང་ཞིང་། །བདུད་ཀྱི་ལས་རྣམས་སྤོང་བར་ཤོག །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ནི། །འགྲོ་དོན་ཐུགས་ལ་དགོངས་འགྲུབ་ཤོག །མགོན་པོ་ཡིས་ནི་གང་དགོངས་པ། །སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ལ་དེ་འབྱོར་ཤོག །སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བདེ་དང་ལྡན་གྱུར་ཅིག །ངན་འགྲོ་ཐམས་ཅད་རྟག་ཏུ་སྟོངས་པར་ཤོག །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་གང་དག་སར་བཞུགས་པ། །དེ་དག་ ཀུན་གྱི་སྨོན་ལམ་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །ཅེས་སྨོན་ལམ་གདབ་བོ། །དེ་ནས། སྐྱབས་གནས་ཀུན་འདུས་བླ་མ་ཚེ་ཡི་ལྷར། །གུས་པས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་མཆོད་ཅིང་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །མཁྱེན་བརྩེ་ནུས་པས་བདག་རྒྱུད་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ། །ཅེས་ཕུར་ཚུགས་སུ་གསོལ་བ་ལན་གྲངས་མང་དུ་བཏབ་པའི་མཐར། དེ་ལྟར་ཕྱག་འཚལ་མཆོད་ཅིང་གསོལ་བཏབ་མཐུས། །བདག་དང་མཐའ་ཡས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀུན། །སྐྱེ་ཞིང་སྐྱེ་བར་དལ་འབྱོར་རྟེན་ཐོབ་ཅིང་། །རྣམ་དག་བཤེས་དང་མཇལ་བར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །ཚུལ་གནས་ཐོས་བསམ་སྒོམ་པའི་ཕ་རོལ་སོན། །ངེས་འབྱུང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་གཉིས་གཏིང་ནས་འབྱོངས། །རླབས་ཆེན་རྒྱལ་སྲས་སྤྱོད་ལ་དབང་བསྒྱུར་ནས། །རང་གཞན་དོན་གཉིས་འགྲུབ་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། ཁྱད་པར་ནད་གདོན་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཉེར་འཚེ་སོགས། །དམ་ཆོས་སྒྲུབ་པའི་འགལ་རྐྱེན་ཀུན་ཞི་ཞིང་། །ཚེ་བསོད་དཔལ་འབྱོར་ལུང་རྟོགས་ཡེ་ཤེས་དང་། །ཕན་བདེའི་དགེ་མཚན་རྒྱས་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །ནོར་བུ་སྨན་སོགས་ཕྱི་ཡི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་དང་། །

我生起菩提心，如是于学处，次第而修学，如是三次发心受持。如今我生命有意义，善得暇满人身位，今日生于佛陀种族中，今成佛子是也。今后我当无论如何，行持相符此族业，于此无垢高贵种姓中，不令染污如是行。如是，我今于一切救护者之前，迎请众生、善逝以及其中间的安乐，愿天及非天等皆欢喜。如是修喜。菩提心乃珍宝，未生者愿生起，已生无衰损，辗转增上进。不离菩提心，恒常行菩提行，诸佛恒摄受，远离诸魔业。诸菩萨众，利生愿成办，怙主心中所想的，愿有情众皆得之。愿一切有情具安乐，愿一切恶趣恒空尽，安住于地的诸菩萨，愿彼等一切之愿皆成就。如是立愿。其后，皈依处总集上师寿命天，以恭敬顶礼供养并祈请，以慈悲力加持我等相续，赐予不死寿命与智慧悉地。如是恒常祈请多次后，如是顶礼供养祈请之威力，我与无边有情众，生生世世获得暇满身，愿能值遇清净善知识。愿能渡越住戒闻思修之彼岸，愿从内心深处生起出离心与菩提心，愿能自在行持广大佛子行，愿能成就自他二利。特别是疾病、邪魔、罪障、恶业及损害等，愿能平息违害修持正法的诸障碍，愿寿命、福德、财富、教证悟证及利益安乐之善妙功德增长广大。愿宝物、医药等外在缘起，
English
I shall generate the mind of enlightenment, and likewise, I shall train in the precepts accordingly, I shall train in stages. In this way, take the vow of generating the mind three times. Now my life has meaning, I have well obtained the state of human existence, today I am born into the Buddha's lineage, now I have become a son of the Buddha. Now, no matter what, I shall engage in actions that are in accordance with this lineage, in this stainless and noble lineage, I shall not allow it to be defiled, I shall act in this way. Thus, today, before all the protectors, I have invited beings, the Sugatas, and the happiness in between, may the gods and non-gods, etc., be joyful. Thus, meditate on joy. The mind of enlightenment is a precious jewel, may those who have not generated it generate it, may those who have generated it not decline, and may it increase further and further. May we not be separated from the mind of enlightenment, may we always engage in the conduct of enlightenment, may we be fully embraced by the Buddhas, and may we abandon the deeds of the demons. May the Bodhisattvas accomplish the benefit of beings, may all beings attain what the Protector intends. May all beings have happiness, may all the lower realms always be empty, may the aspirations of all the Bodhisattvas who dwell on the ground be fulfilled. Thus, make aspirations. Then, to the Lama, the deity of life, the embodiment of all refuges, with reverence, I prostrate, offer, and pray, with your wisdom, love, and power, bless my being, grant me the undying life and the siddhi of wisdom. Thus, after praying steadfastly many times, by the power of prostrating, offering, and praying in this way, may I and all limitless sentient beings, in life after life, obtain the leisure and endowment, and may we meet with pure spiritual friends. May we cross to the other shore of upholding the precepts, listening, contemplating, and meditating, may renunciation and the two minds of enlightenment arise from the depths of our hearts, may we have power over the vast conduct of the sons of the Buddhas, and may we accomplish the benefit of ourselves and others. In particular, may diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, harms, etc., may all obstacles to the practice of the sacred Dharma be pacified, and may the good qualities of life, merit, wealth, scriptural understanding, realization, and benefit and happiness increase greatly. May the external interdependent connections such as jewels and medicines,
