At the gateway of the navel chakra, Hayagriva, the wrathful king, the powerful deity, with unbearable splendor, protect all obstacles to life. Om Amaraṇi Jīvantīye Svāhā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་བནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् अमरणि जिवन्तिये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ amāraṇi jīvantīye svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, immortality, life, Svāhā.) Recite three times, and Om Vajra Āyuṣe Svāhā. From the state of emptiness, from Bhrūṃ (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Bhrūṃ) arises a precious vase, red, with a large belly, a long neck, a protruding mouth, the neck wrapped with divine cloths, the mouth adorned with a wish-fulfilling tree, clear and unobstructed, the outer form being that of a vase, while the inner is a square palace with four doors and four steps, possessing all characteristics. In its center, on a precious throne supported by lions, and so on, up to "adorned with Amitabha on the crown," as in the self-generation. Replace "grant me empowerment" with "grant empowerment to this." Visualize that the empowerment deities also dissolve into the deity of the vase. Perform offerings and praises, either extensively or concisely. The method of recitation is: In the vase held by the front-generated protector Amitayus, on top of a moon disc, around a red Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrīḥ), a garland of mantras encircles, from which rays of light emanate. The life and merit of the vajra disciples, all that has been stolen, robbed, and violated by the Lord of Death Yama and demons, etc., non-human beings, are summoned in the form of vases, skull cups, and begging bowls filled with nectar, and dissolve into the mantra garland. Again, rays of light emanate, summoning all the essence of the outer container world's great elements, space, wind, fire, water, and earth, in the form of blue-green, red, white, and yellow light and nectar, and dissolve into the mantra garland. Rays of light emanate, and the blessings of body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, together with their disciples, are all invited in the form of deities, mantras, and mudras, and dissolve into the mantra garland. From this, an immeasurable stream of nectar descends, filling the vase with the nectar of immortal life. From this, a stream of nectar arises, entering the crown of the heads of the Vajra disciples, filling their entire bodies. Life and merit increase, what has deteriorated is restored, what exists grows and becomes stable. All diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, broken vows, transgressions, untimely death, and fears, along with their habitual tendencies, are purified and cleansed. All the accomplishments of immortal life and wisdom are obtained. They dissolve into the life substances in front, transforming into the essence of immortal life. Recite and contemplate thus, reciting the above three mantras as much as possible, and finally recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Purify the torma. From emptiness, from Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), a vast and spacious jeweled vessel arises, and within it, the torma transforms into a great ocean of flawless nectar. Bless it three times with Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿) Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). The tongue of the Protector Amitayus, inseparable from the Lama, together with his retinue, arises from Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) as a red, single-pointed Vajra, and draws the essence of the torma with a tube of light, enjoying it. Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) Guru Aparimita Āyurjñāna Saparivāra Idaṃ Balimta Kha Kha Khāhi Khāhi. Offer it thus. Make offerings and praises as before. Bhagavan, Protector Amitayus, together with his retinue, please bestow upon me and the Vajra disciples all the accomplishments of immortal life. Pray for the fulfillment of desires. Again, initiate the activity of summoning life: From the hearts of myself and the visualized deity in front, rays of light and a host of swift goddesses emanate like dust motes in sunlight, summoning back the life and merit of the Vajra disciples, and the essence of what has been robbed, stolen, depleted, and lost. Gather all the life and merit of sentient beings, all the prosperity of the three realms, and all the blessings of the body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Dissolve it into the life vase in the hand of the visualized deity in front, filling the vase with nectar. From this, a stream of nectar descends, restoring the broken, scattered, and depleted life of the Vajra disciples, and so on.
