Emaho! I offer this flower of my awareness to the Lama, Mandala, and Deity. In order to obtain empowerment and accomplishment, please accept it with compassion. Prati Puja Ho! Throw it in the palace. Then, to the students: Relax like milk and meditate like this: Meditate on all appearances as the pure land of red light, Ya La La. On the crown of your head, the Lama is inseparable from Amitabha, residing with splendor. Meditate on him saying, "Son of the lineage, come to the realm of Sukhavati, come, come." Meditate on yourself as the standing form of Avalokiteshvara. Think that all appearances and existence are deities and dakinis, heroes and heroines dancing, playing many instruments and blessing. Raise your awareness and recite prayers and the seven syllables Dhi Ri Ri. Burn incense with music. Afterwards, introduce the clear and empty, non-grasping wisdom as your own Avalokiteshvara. There are three main parts: approaching and practicing the deity, blessing the empowerment substances, and bestowing empowerment. The first is according to the sadhana method. The second is to attach a thread to the vase, clarify the mirror and so on as the Three Lords, and by reciting the seven syllables, three rays of light of three colors arise from their body, speech, and mind. Think that the defilements of the three doors of the disciples are purified and that they have received the empowerment of body, speech, and mind. The third empowerment is: place the vase on the crown of the disciple's head and say: Om Mani Padme Hum Hrih Om! Jewel in the Lotus! Hum! Body empower Om), and bathe. This is the vase empowerment. Then pour nectar into the mouth and say: Om Mani Padme Hum Hrih Om! Jewel in the Lotus! Hum! Speech empower Ah), and taste it on the tongue, this is the secret empowerment. Then hold the mirror to the heart and say: Om Mani Padme Hum Hrih Om! Jewel in the Lotus! Hum! Mind empower Hum), show the mirror and place the awareness in bliss and emptiness, clear and non-grasping like a mirror. This is the empowerment of wisdom and primordial awareness. Then bestow the word empowerment, and with your finger on your heart: In the vast expanse of the unmade nature of mind, the self-born Avalokiteshvara resides, clear, non-conceptual, and blissful. Empower Avalokiteshvara. This introduction is the word empowerment. Afterwards there are three: giving the torma, bestowing the vows, and offering gifts. First, to the assembly of the Lama, Yidam, and Avalokiteshvara
