嗡 谛瑟智达 嘎尔贝 梭哈！ 莲花持 阿莫嘎 扎亚德 祖汝祖汝 梭哈！ 我（名字）从无始以来积累的罪恶， 障碍，恶业的成熟， 烦恼，痛苦，恶习的集合全部清净，迅速获得佛的果位。 善逝您身如何， 眷属和寿命的量和净土， 您的殊胜妙名如何， 愿我也变成那样。 善男子或善女子， 或任何众生， 如果每天念诵一百零八遍这个摧毁一切罪障的陀罗尼， 具有摧毁十三种不顺的力量。 那是什么呢？ 火， 水， 悬崖， 黑暗， 风， 毒， 武器， 诅咒， 剧烈的瘟疫， 非时死亡， 星宿， 凶猛的野兽， 麻风病， 以及受到国王的惩罚而结束生命都不会发生。 此外，还能获得十三种巨大的功德。 那是什么呢？ 善男子或善女子会变得容貌端庄。 声音会变得悦耳。 会在相续中生起特殊的禅定。 能够做无量众生的利益。 事业会变得无碍。 之前的业的成熟全部会清净。 会具有无量的眷属。 会获得用之不竭的受用。 会变得长寿。 对于一切经论会变得无碍。 会供养一切如来。 会成为一切佛的儿子。 心中的一切愿望都会圆满。 这样，摧毁十三种不顺， 获得十三种功德， 在此生之后会往生极乐世界， 获得不退转的果位。 如果不能获得这样二十七种功德， 我就欺骗了佛陀薄伽梵。 这个仪轨是： 自己观想为圣观自在， 首先念诵三佛的名号， 然后 啥（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：大悲心）

Oṃ dhiṣṭhite garbhe svāhā! Padma dhara amogha jaya te curu curu svāhā! May all the sins, obscurations, ripening of evil deeds, afflictions, sufferings, and collections of bad habits accumulated from beginningless time by me, (name), be purified and cleansed, and may I quickly attain the state of Buddhahood! Just as you, the Sugata, are in body, retinue, measure of life, pure land, and excellent noble name, may I also become exactly like that! Whether it be a son or daughter of good family, or any sentient being, if they recite this dhāraṇī that destroys all sins and obscurations one hundred and eight times each day, it has the power to avert thirteen kinds of unfavorable circumstances. What are they? Fire, water, cliffs, darkness, wind, poison, weapons, curses, severe epidemics, untimely death, constellations, fierce wild animals, leprosy, and being punished by the king, so that one will not meet one's end. Furthermore, one will obtain thirteen great qualities. What are they? That son or daughter of good family will become beautiful in form. Their voice will become melodious. A special samādhi will arise in their mindstream. They will be able to do immeasurable benefit for sentient beings. Their activities will become unimpeded. All the ripening of their previous karma will be purified. They will possess immeasurable retinues. They will obtain inexhaustible resources. They will become long-lived. They will become unimpeded in all scriptures. They will have made offerings to all the Tathāgatas. They will become the sons of all the Buddhas. All the wishes of their heart will be completely fulfilled. Thus, destroying thirteen kinds of unfavorable circumstances and obtaining thirteen qualities, after this life, one will be born in the Sukhāvatī pure land and attain the fruit of non-retrogression. If one does not obtain these twenty-seven qualities, then I myself have deceived the Buddha Bhagavān. The ritual for this is: visualize oneself as the noble Avalokiteśvara, and first recite the names of the three Buddhas, and then Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Great compassion)
