Five kinds of precious gems unmixed with iron, copper, zinc, lead, etc. And food unmixed with meat, alcohol, garlic, and onions, all kinds of fruits, all kinds of silks and cloths, and as many Naga medicines as possible, salt and three sweets, three white foods, and white cows, white goats, fresh milk from good breeds of new mothers, milk from families with parents, children, and spouses complete and not from widows, made into pills and filled into bottles, covered with flat lids, wrapped in white silk and made fluffy. Perform common bathing and purification with firm belief. On a clean platform, spread a spotless white cloth, and place nine piles of rice or white barley on top. The Naga Torma is soaked with white sweets and Naga medicines, and pure outer offerings such as two waters are arranged in front. Secondly, regarding the practice, it is best if the fourfold Sangha of monks are gathered. Even one person is acceptable, but in any case, the practitioner should abstain from meat and alcohol and maintain cleanliness. Any form of self-generation as Great Compassionate One is sufficient, but the specifically designated praise is Lion's Roar Avalokiteśvara. Take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha and generate Bodhicitta three times. Meditate on the four immeasurables, such as wishing all sentient beings to have happiness. From emptiness, in the center of blazing light, from the syllable (Tibetan: སིཾ，Sanskrit Devanagari: सि，Sanskrit Romanization: siṃ, Literal meaning: Sim) arises a white lion's seat, from the emanation and absorption of the white syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ，Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः，Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih) arises oneself as the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, body color white, one face and two arms, the right hand holds a khatvanga (Sanskrit: khaṭvāṅga) in a suppressing gesture, the khatvanga is entwined with snakes, the left hand holds a snake lasso near the knee, wearing a green silk upper garment and a red skirt, adorned with various silks and precious jewels, seated with both feet in a semi-lotus posture. From the three places of such clear visualization, emanate white, red, and blue lights, from the supreme place of Great Bliss Potala, invite the wisdom being and merge non-dually. On the moon seat at one's heart, the white syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ，Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः，Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih) with short and long vowels, surrounded by the light of the root mantra, offer to the noble ones, purify the obscurations of all beings. Gather the blessings, merge into one's three doors. Pacify sins, diseases, evil spirits, and all obstacles, and become one with the noble Lion's Roar Avalokiteśvara.

In the center, on a precious island, in the delightful Dragon Palace, in the center of an eight-petaled white lotus, from Phu (藏文：ཕུཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：phuḥ，汉语字面意思：) arises the Dragon King Norgyé, with a yellow-colored body, possessing the attributes of a Chakravartin. The upper part is human, the lower part coils into a snake's tail, possessing seven snake heads, the right hand holding a precious jewel, the left hand holding an Utpala flower. In front of him is the Dragon Queen, adorned with a jewel diadem, with a yellow-colored body, the upper part human, the lower part a snake's tail, possessing five snake heads, the two hands joined in prayer holding a precious jewel between them. Visualize the father and mother both as joyful and smiling figures, surrounded by the eight great Nagas and the local Nagas, fierce earth spirits, and all their mothers, sons, ministers, retinues, countless enjoyments, all inconceivable.
