The Samaya being, with one face and two arms, holds a five-pronged wisdom vajra in his right hand, and a nectar vase at his heart with a wrathful face emerging above it in his left. Rays of light and a host of small wrathful ones emanate from his body. He has three eyes, an open mouth, and a curled tongue. He is adorned with jewels and snakes, and wears a tiger skin loincloth. In front of him is the consort Vajra Chain Mother, with a white body, one face, and two arms. Her right hand holds aloft a vajra iron hook, and her left hand holds a nectar vase at her heart. She is adorned with a silk diadem and pearl ornaments. In the ten directions are ten great wrathful ones, with white bodies, one face, two arms, and three eyes. Their right hands hold aloft five-pronged vajras, and their left hands hold nectar vases at their hearts. They are adorned with wrathful attire. In the east gate is the white Iron Hook Mother, in the south gate is the yellow Lasso Mother, in the west gate is the red Iron Chain Mother, and in the north gate is the green Bell Mother. Thus, on the crown of the sixteen deities, above a moon disc, is a white OM (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡). At the throat, above a lotus, is a red AH (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿). At the heart, above a sun disc, is a blue HUNG (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). At the heart of the main deity, above a sun disc, is a white five-pronged vajra, with a HUNG (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हु，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) at its center. Around it, the heart mantra revolves clockwise.
