条文。木火土铁水五曜，全部都未脱离水火二者。还有，病人的耳后骨突处，用拇指按压的地方没有红点，有青点是水，白色是自性。第三，像这样贤者被疾病折磨的众生，生存的方法根本和支分两种。根本的治疗有医药、医术、仪轨，咒语和饮食起居五种。药物有涂敷药、熏药、内服药三种。每一种又分寂静和猛烈两种。寂静涂敷药是白檀香、白胶香、麝香、狼粪，净水、黑冰片等分研磨，热症用水调，寒症用酥油调敷。或者用菖蒲、唐松草、蔓菁、麝香、旱獭粪、家畜的角尖、鹿角和竹黄，加入樟脑水涂敷。这能平息曜神病，毫无疑问。嗡 索比ra 达那耶 梭哈。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སུ་བྷི་ར་ད་ན་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ subhirā dānaye svāhā，汉语字面意思：） 此咒语加持在菖蒲水中。涂敷后能解除疠疫、健忘症，以及癫痫、鬼神所致的疾病。猛烈涂敷药是寡妇的经血或头发，石垢、黑冰片，与姜黄、羊奶和牛奶混合，加上烟灰（用罐子烧的），用这七种混合物涂敷。或者用屠夫的心血、兔子的肉，寡妇的裹脚布烧成的灰，研磨后加入酥油，涂敷三次。寂静熏药是肉豆蔻和各种树木，净水、麝香、檀香、黑降香，荔枝、诃子等八种熏烧。或者白降香与青稞糠，以及干青稞三种混合，不用烟，在火上烧。哑巴则用豆粉熏口。贤者，这是能平息一切毒的甘露。猛烈的熏药配方是：阿魏、狗粪、狼粪、大豆、干青稞，黑冰片和旧鞋皮这八种混合。能驱散一切邪魔，令其远远逃遁。寂静药分共同、个别和特殊三种。共同的有制伏和散剂两种。制伏是白降香如拇指大小，在水中化开，清晨让病人喝下。不能令水曜、星曜错乱改变。黑降香用水化开服用，是火曜的克星。散剂的配方是酥油、黑降香，金色的麝香、鹿角、两种檀香，这七种等份混合。

The root treatment includes medicine, medical techniques, rituals, mantras, and five types of diet and behavior. Medicines include three types: topical application, fumigation, and internal medicine. Peaceful topical applications include spang spos (a type of incense), musk, wolf dung, pure water, and black ice slices, all ground equally. For heat conditions, mix with water; for cold conditions, mix with butter and apply. Alternatively, use calamus, Thangshing (a type of tree), Priyangku (a type of millet), marmot dung, the tips of livestock horns, deer antlers, and bamboo shavings, mixed with camphor water for application. This will pacify planetary diseases without doubt. oṃ subhirā dānaye svāhā. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སུ་བྷི་ར་ད་ན་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ subhirā dānaye svāhā, literal Chinese meaning:) This mantra is applied to the calamus water mixture. Applying it can relieve epidemics, amnesia, and diseases caused by epilepsy and spirits. Fierce topical applications include the menstrual blood or hair of a widow, stone scale, black ice slices, mixed with turmeric, sheep milk, and cow milk, plus ash from burning in a pot, apply with these seven mixtures. Alternatively, use the heart blood of a butcher, rabbit meat, the ashes of a widow's foot wrappings, grind them, add ghee, and apply three times. Peaceful fumigation includes nutmeg and various trees, pure water, musk, sandalwood, black guggul, lychee, and haritaki, fumigate with these eight. Alternatively, mix white guggul with barley bran and dried barley, burn them on a fire without smoke. For the mute, fumigate the mouth with bean flour. Wise one, this is the nectar that pacifies all poisons. The fierce fumigation formula includes asafoetida, dog feces, wolf dung, soybeans, dried barley, black ice slices, and old shoe leather, mix these eight. It can drive away all obstacles, causing them to flee far away. Peaceful medicine is divided into three types: common, individual, and special. Common ones include two types: suppression and powder. Suppression involves white guggul the size of a thumb joint, dissolve it in water, and have the patient drink it early in the morning. It cannot cause the water planet or planetary influences to be confused or changed. Dissolving black guggul in water and taking it is the nemesis of the fire planet. The powder formula includes ghee, black guggul, golden musk, deer antler, and two types of sandalwood, mix these seven in equal parts.

Above. Zāti, saffron, nutmeg, cardamom, and clove, cubeb each two portions. Grind finely, take with a cup of cold water in the morning. This formula is the main treatment, the best antidote to Kīkang and Khyabjug. In particular, if afflicted by the wood planet graha, a formula of iron filings and cubeb will liberate from the disease. For Mars, musk, guggul, saffron three. For iron, zāti, sandalwood, white incense three. For earth, rue, nutmeg, gentian three. For water, cardamom, bezoar, ginger (some versions have ginger) three. Through these formulas, one will be liberated from their respective diseases. Adding camphor to the powder formula is an effective nectar for Mars planet diseases. A particularly profound formula is musk and guggul two (some versions have guggul). Datura, aconite, neem four equal parts, soak in urine, make into pills the size of mustard seeds. Thirteen take with boiled water, take at noon. This will undoubtedly eliminate planetary diseases. Pacifying medicines stabilize life and quickly cure disease. Have the patient spit into the water, shoot an arrow of water at the heart. Cut the tip of the nose, have the patient wear black clothes. If it is a water planet, fill a container with yellow earth. Place around the patient for seven days, replacing daily. Anoint the crown of the head with warm tsampa and oil. Burn the little finger, treat by wearing yellow clothes. Other treatments should be in accordance with the medicine, done in advance. If mixed with other diseases, cleanse the disease with purgatives.
