To perform such fierce activities, it is important to have the sharpness of previous practice and clear samadhi. Attach lightning protection and nāga protection amulets to the bodies of oneself and others, and adjust according to the situation. Otherwise, there is a danger of backlash, so be careful. Whether performing peaceful or wrathful activities, it is important to cherish having loving-kindness, compassion, and bodhicitta. Abide in cleanliness and offer whatever pleases the nāgas, local deities, and all the land owners. Strive diligently for peaceful rainmaking. This is unique and very profound. Samaya! Gya gya gya! Athi! Then, showing the various activities: If you want to summon dragons, visualize yourself as a dragon and recite: Oṃ tri zhibs kyi chi bar na so bi sha ra ba tsa ba tsa hūṃ phaṭ! Athi! To gather clouds: Visualize all the breath from your mouth, clear as a deity, condensing into clouds and recite: Hūṃ sab sab! Hūṃ sib sib! By reciting this, they will gather. Athi!
