The pulse is superficial, tight in the depths, trembling on the surface, like a ghost pulse. Empty pulse and eye pulse, cheek throbbing, tongue throbbing indicate it. The urine is black in color, the steam is thick, if the kuya is disturbed, death is certain. When disease symptoms appear, there are four types. Wind swelling is gray and soft, the swelling is unstable, wandering in a circular manner, the abdomen is like being filled with yogurt. Fire swelling is red and hot, spreading quickly, and has heat, like a palace of fire. Water swelling causes the swelling to subside, harms the heart, is cool and has low temperature, with blisters, like a jade lake freezing. Earth swelling is hard, the swelling is stable, the color is black, the head is flat, like an overturned pot. Or there are two types: "hot swelling" and "re-hot swelling." "Hot swelling" is large and easily escapes, the pain is severe, attached to the veins. "Re-hot swelling" is of fire nature, the swelling is large, spreading and wandering like a wheel, also called "nine-headed tumor." Bathing uses Tar-nu and water root, as well as Humulus scandens, Tar-nu, tomb soil, and tiger meat, Gugul incense, Acorus calamus, and take eight-year water mixed internally. For confusion, wandering and stiffness, as well as emptiness, bloating, and severe pain, use the confusion suppression method and put in warrior medicine. If the disease occurs in the heart, there will be coughing, the eye veins will be thick, and the face will show anger.
