རྩ་རེ་རྒྱབ༔ ཨཱོྃ་ཐིམ་ཐ་ར་ཏི་ས་དུན་ཏེ་ཛྭ་ལ་རཾ་པ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）念诵之后，将护身符做成白、黄、黑三种颜色佩戴在身上，就不会被恶性疾病侵袭，并成为永久的强大保护。预防天降疾病之章，萨玛雅！རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ 顶礼化身大鹏鸟！在嘎日嘎的纸上，用金、朱砂和中国墨水书写：ཨཱོྃ་ཚི་རྟུལ་རྟུལ་རྨུག་ཤི་ཤི་ཧྲཱིཿཏྲཾ་ཙཀྲི་སད་རྦད༔ ཧ་ལ་བྷ་ཡེ་སརྦ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་རྦད༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）观想自己为大鹏鸟，然后将白檀香、麝香、肉豆蔻，黑松、古古甲香、曼陀罗，以及木香混合的药根磨成粉末，念诵此咒语并佩戴在脖子上，不要去疫区，要住在僻静的地方。预防因听到声音而感染疾病之章，萨玛雅！རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ 顶礼大力天神！如果有人因为某个地方被瘟疫包围，而必须去感染瘟疫的地方，就将上好的铜钹敲打得震天响，倒入一罐水，用火煮沸，在水未完全烧干时，将汁液滤出，加入樟脑。然后，在早上观察左右鼻孔的气息从哪个孔出入，从哪个孔出入，那个孔的深处就有一个叫做“遍胜”的脉门张开着。疾病、瘟疫、邪魔、阴影和毒药，最初都是从那个脉门进入，然后蔓延到全身，成熟后就会变成大灾难，所以为了关闭脉门，将加入樟脑的铜钹水，以及自己的未冷却的尿液倒入掌心，然后用力向上吸入鼻腔，堵住那个脉门。堵住的标志是： 拿来一匹丝绸和光芒。然后将白茅草、蓝莲花、豆蔻、藏红花、龙脑香、紫檀香的油混合在一起，用那烟熏两个鼻孔。这样就能消除突发的强烈冲击，冰雹降落，进入剧烈瘟疫区，以及吸入烟雾风中的剧毒，所有这些过失都能在一天之内消除。今后要用好的容器盛放铜钹水……如果没有水，用好的铜钹灰也可以。每天早上都要坚持这样做。为了去疫区而不被疾病感染之章，萨玛雅！

Recite "OM TIMA TARA TISA DUNTE JVALA RAMA PAYE SVAHA" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Then, make amulets in three colors: white, yellow, and black, and wear them on your body. You will not be affected by virulent diseases and they will become a great and permanent protection. Chapter on guarding against diseases from the sky, Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Homage to the emanation of the Great Garuda! On Karika paper, with gold, cinnabar, and Chinese ink, write: "OM TSI TUL TUL MUK SHI SHI HRIH TRAM CAKRI SAD RBAD HALA BHAYE SARVA MARAYA RBAD" (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Visualize yourself as Garuda. Then, grind the roots of white sandalwood, musk, nutmeg, black spruce, guggul, datura, and Aconitum heterophyllum mixed together into a powder. Recite this mantra and wear it around your neck. Do not go to epidemic areas, stay in secluded places. Chapter on guarding against the entry of disease through hearing sounds, Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Homage to the Great Powerful God! If someone is surrounded by plague in a certain area and must go to a place infected with the plague, beat a good copper cymbal loudly and fill a pot with water and boil it over a fire. When the water has not completely evaporated, filter out the juice and add camphor. Then, in the morning, observe which nostril the breath is flowing from. Whichever nostril the breath is flowing from, at the depth of that nostril, there is a pulse gate called "Universally Victorious" that is open. Diseases, plagues, demons, shadows, and poisons all enter first from that pulse gate, then spread throughout the body, and when they mature, they become great disasters. Therefore, to close the pulse gate, add camphor to the copper cymbal water and pour your own uncooled urine into your palm. Then, forcefully inhale upwards into the nostrils, blocking that pulse gate. The sign that it is blocked is: Bring a piece of silk and light. Then mix white couch grass, blue lotus, cardamom, saffron, dragon's blood, and sandalwood oil together, and fumigate both nostrils with that smoke. This can eliminate sudden and violent shocks, hailstorms, going into areas of severe epidemics, and the ingestion of severe poisons from smoke-borne winds. All these faults can be eliminated in one day. From now on, always keep copper cymbal water in a good container... If there is no water, good copper cymbal ash will also do. Do this every morning without fail. Chapter on going to epidemic areas without being infected by disease, Samaya!
