在朵基旺钦黄金地基之上，是层层叠叠的须弥山第七层，四洲八小洲环绕的中央，十二坚母之主尊，名为吉祥长寿母，身色洁白，光芒万丈，身上以珍宝和丝绸的飘逸而庄严，右手持着黄金五股金刚杵，作高举之势，左手拿着充满不死甘露的长寿宝瓶，骑乘于白色狮子之上。其右侧是众母之主，玛吉拉姆（藏文：མ་གཅིག་ལྷ་མོ།）杜索玛（藏文：དུད་སོལ་མ།），身色蓝色，一面四臂，持着宝剑、颅血、卡杖嘎、三叉戟，上身以皮袄为饰，下身以羚羊皮裙为饰，骑乘于红色驴驹之上，头发红黄色，一半向上梳成发髻，一半向下披散，右腋下夹着红色的星命木，左边拿着疾病袋，黑白花点的骰子掷出，身处血海翻腾、黑色风暴肆虐之中。左侧是咒语守护神埃嘎扎地（藏文：ཨེ་ཀ་ཛཱ་ཊི།），身色蓝色，一面一目一乳，双手持着田杖和铁狼头九个，上身穿着田地的皮袄，下身穿着豹皮裙，骑乘于紫黑色驴驹之上。前方是贡尊德姆多吉博康（藏文：ཀོང་བཙུན་དེ་མོ། རྡོ་རྗེ་བོད་ཁམས）守护，身色洁白，光芒万丈，身上披着湿润的耕牛皮，头发紫黑色，盘成发辫，以金、松石、珊瑚等五种珍宝为饰，右手举着箭旗，左手拿着珍宝宝箧，骑乘于云间的风上。左边是岗嘎夏梅多吉玉本玛（藏文：གངས་དཀར་ཤ་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེ་གཡུ་བུན་མ།），身色洁白，以丝绸和珍宝为饰，头发紫黑色，一半向上梳成发髻，以五种珍宝为饰，双手右手拿着钺斧，左手拿着绳索，骑乘于十只香獐之上。后方是自性大尊多吉滚扎玛（藏文：རྡོ་རྗེ་ཀུན་གྲགས་མ།），身色蓝色，如青金石般的光芒四射，身上以丝绸和珍宝为饰，头发紫黑色向下披散，以珍宝为饰，右手持着摩羯鱼旗，左手拿着镜子，骑乘于青色神龙之上。

Upon the great and powerful golden foundation of the sacrificial ground, is the seventh layer of Mount Meru, stacked upon layers, in the center surrounded by the four continents and eight subcontinents, the chief of the twelve Btan Ma goddesses, named Tashi Tseringma, her body color is white, radiant with light, adorned with jewels and flowing silk. Her right hand holds a five-pronged golden vajra in a raised gesture, her left hand holds a vase of longevity filled with the nectar of immortality, she rides upon a white lion. To her right is the chief of all mothers, Magcig Lhamo Dudsolma, her body color is blue, with one face and four arms, holding a sword, a skull cup filled with blood, a khatvanga, and a trident. Her upper body is adorned with a sheepskin coat, and her lower body is adorned with a relde (goat skin) skirt. She rides upon a red donkey. Her hair is reddish-yellow, half styled upwards into a topknot, and half hanging down. In her right armpit, she carries a red star divination board, and in her left, she carries a disease bag. She casts black and white dice, residing in a realm of churning seas of blood and swirling black winds. To the left is the mantra protector Ekajati, her body color is blue, with one face, one eye, and one breast, her two hands holding a field staff and nine iron wolf heads. Her upper body wears a field sheepskin coat, and her lower body wears a leopard skin skirt. She rides upon a dark purplish donkey. In front is Kongtsun Demo Dorje Bokham protector, her body color is white, radiant with light, she wears a wet field ox hide. Her hair is dark purple, coiled into braids, adorned with gold, turquoise, coral, and other five kinds of jewels. Her right hand raises an arrow banner, and her left hand holds a jewel casket. She rides upon the wind amidst the clouds. To the left is Gangkar Shame Dorje Yubunma, her body color is white, adorned with silk and jewels, her hair is dark purple, half styled upwards into a topknot, adorned with five kinds of jewels. Her two hands hold a cleaver in the right and a lasso in the left, she rides upon ten musk deer. Behind is the great self-existing Dorje Kuntrakma, her body color is blue, radiant with light like lapis lazuli, adorned with silk and jewels, her hair is dark purple, hanging down, adorned with jewels. Her right hand holds a makara banner, and her left hand holds a mirror, she rides upon a turquoise dragon.
