If you stay, please protect us well. Do not be jealous or envious. If you leave, do not be reluctant to depart. Uphold the sacred oath of the resident and the guest. All the beings who are gods of the intermediate space, and the gods of the earth, the gods of the water, the gods of the fire, the gods of the wind, the gods of the sky, the gods of the mountains, the gods of the forests, the gods of the gardens, the gods of the lands, the gods of the cities, the gods of the royal palaces, the gods of the temples, the gods of the seasons, the gods of the fields, and the five gods who lead the children, and so forth. To all those who have become protectors and allies, together with their retinues, I offer this pure and excellent offering, and food that pleases each of you, obscured by clouds of the five desirable qualities. I offer! I request! I worship! Grant a hundred good things! Erase a thousand bad things! Be protectors and allies! Be a fortress in front! Be a cloak in back! Be a guard for three days! May you not inflict harm on horses and livestock. May you not inflict plunder and guilt. May you not cause loss of wealth and property. Do not bring shame in front of many people. Do not pluck feathers in front of many birds. Do not let many mouths gossip. Do not let many eyes stare. Do not let others despise us. Do not diminish power and authority.
