It is considered to be so. That is, during the daytime, from dawn to late morning is "byer wa"; then until noon is "zug pa"; noon is "nyom pa"; from when the shade cools down until sunset is "khrug pa." At night, dusk is "byer wa," nightfall is "zug pa," midnight is "nyom pa," and dawn is "khrug pa." In this way, regardless of whether it is day or night, when these signs appear, combine them with the order of "byer zug" to perform recitation, meditation, prayer, and tsog offerings. These sequences are arranged according to the records in the key text. In addition, on the eighth, tenth, and twenty-fifth days of the new moon, which are Dakini gathering days, arrange tsog offerings and tormas, and yogis with vows gather together to recite and enjoy the tsog, thereby increasing perception, realization, and samadhi, fulfilling all broken vows, and accomplishing all wishes. Therefore, recitation should be performed on auspicious days. Sixth, when to cremate: When a yogi passes away, place (the deity) at the heart and cremate it together with the body. This has three aspects: preliminary purification, actual cremation, and indication of the degree of subsequent liberation. First, within four and a half days after death, the melting process has not yet ended. Because consciousness remains in the heart, the body cannot be moved or cremated. During this period, it is necessary to perform the key instructions of purifying sins, introducing (the nature), and bestowing (transference of consciousness). As stated in "Perfect Spontaneity," in order to purify the habitual tendencies of the six realms of beings, within six days, construct six mandalas of four-petaled lotuses in sequence, writing on them A NRI SU TRI PRE DUH (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), and explain the Dharma that beings in the six realms have no happiness. Introduce the method and key instructions for not being born there, and then recite: OM MA MA KO LING SA MANTA CHE GE MO'I LEH DANG BAG CHAGS THAMCHED SHANTIM KURU YE SVAHA (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning). On the seventh day, create a mandala of the Great Bindu, introduce the mother and child of the clear light of the bardo, and demonstrate the practice of the path in the self-existing Sambhogakaya pure land. It is said that cremation can then be performed. Alternatively, according to the key text, next to the "ro," like drawing the Kalachakra mandala at the time of empowerment, place a vase with all the characteristics in the center, inside which are offered Samantabhadra and Samantabhadri, the Five Buddha Families, and the Six Munis.

Having infused the wisdom deity, and having accomplished whatever vase recitation and praise are possible, dispel the obstacles of the corpse. Having summoned the consciousness, wash it with other blessed dharani mantras and vase water, and also rub it with sand from reciting the 'Mama Kuling' mantra. Wash and recite again and again. Then recite whatever scriptures can be recited, and speak of the faults of samsara, the benefits of liberation, and the introduction to the bardo. Arrange the mandala of the six realms as before, cleanse it gradually over the days, and teach the practice of the path. On the seventh night, cremate or transport it, gather the traces of karma, and recite auspicious verses. By this, one is liberated by recognizing one's own nature through the awareness of the bardo, or it is impossible not to be born as a self-existing nirmanakaya. Second, the actual cremation: If cremating stretched out, then in the depth of a four-cubit-long stove, on a two-cubit-long bridge, place wooden beams, each about one cubit long, with the head of the corpse facing upwards on the wood. Cover the top with wood and cremate. If cremating contracted, then tie a released shroud to the heart, and bind the knees to the chest, and tie the elbows together with rope, and bind two wheels. Place three letters in the three places (body, speech, and mind), and inside the room, at a place one cubit long, stack firewood, and below the height of the hips, erect stone hearths from the four corners across. Fill the rest with small firewood. In the round or square wall, place the corpse in the one-cubit-wide opening, and cover it like measuring grain, and seal it from the outside with a mixture of clay, so that no smoke escapes. Then, light the torch from the hole in the wooden house below, and ignite the kindling wood above, so that the wood burns from above. Also, visualize this as the five Buddha families as fathers and mothers, make offerings and praises, offer clarified butter and various grains as burnt offerings, and recite scriptures, so that all the sky will be filled with offerings and so on. Third, the extent of liberation: Then, the appearance of sound, light, form, and letters, etc., is a sign of non-regression from the ground of the three kayas. Among these, if a form appears on the bones, then one is liberated in the appearance of the form. If letters and sounds appear, then one is liberated in the appearance of speech, the union of the four wisdoms. If the sky is clear and rainbows appear, then one is liberated in the appearance of mind, luminosity. If relics appear, then one is liberated in the mandala of the five families and spontaneous accomplishment.
