Inhale deeply. Then, if you are Nyingma, use the left thumb and forefinger, in the union of skillful means and wisdom, take the nectar dharma medicine, and visualize the tongue marked with Vajra (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: vajra, Chinese literal meaning: diamond) and Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), and then taste it. If you are Sakya, place a kapala bowl filled with alcohol and nectar pills in front of you, and bless it according to the root deity's ritual. If it is not possible or needs to be abbreviated, then as stated in the Root Tantra of Chakrasamvara, recite three times Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ), Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Āḥ), Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), Ha (Tibetan: ཧ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ha, Chinese literal meaning: Ha), Hoḥ (Tibetan: ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हो, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ho, Chinese literal meaning: Hoḥ), Hrīḥ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Hrīḥ), and visualize it as an ocean of nectar, inseparable from samaya and jñana, with perfect color, smell, taste, and power, and then taste it as mentioned above. Then, for those who mainly engage in recitation, if they want to increase the blessing of speech, they should do it according to the power-increasing method of recitation in the Lama Gongdu, or, they can also do it according to the instructions of the accomplished Khyungpo: Visualize yourself as the deity, on the tongue, the letter A transforms into a moon, and on the moon is a white, radiant A. From the front, clockwise, is the Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ) and the white vowel letters. Behind that are the consonant letters and the red, counter-clockwise Svāhā (Tibetan: སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Svāhā). Behind that is the blue, clockwise Dependent Arising Mantra. From there, light radiates, gathering the blessings of the Three Roots and Three Jewels, and the light of the deity's mantra. Again, light radiates, gathering the speech power of the accomplished ones, vidyadharas, and sages, and true achievers, in the form of letters, dissolving into the tongue. After the deity's mantra, add: Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ) A Ā (Tibetan: ཨ་ཨཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ आ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: a ā, Chinese literal meaning: A Ā), I Ī (Tibetan: ཨི་ཨཱི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: इ ई, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: i ī, Chinese literal meaning: I Ī), U Ū (Tibetan: ཨུ་ཨཱུ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: उ ऊ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: u ū, Chinese literal meaning: U Ū), Ṛ Ṝ (Tibetan: རྀ་རཱྀ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ऋ ॠ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ṛ ṝ, Chinese literal meaning: Ṛ Ṝ), ḷ ḹ (Tibetan: ལྀ་ལཱྀ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ऌ ॡ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ḷ ḹ, Chinese literal meaning: ḷ ḹ), E Ai (Tibetan: ཨེ་ཨཻ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ए ऐ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: e ai, Chinese literal meaning: E Ai), O Au (Tibetan: ཨོ་ཨཽ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ औ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: o au, Chinese literal meaning: O Au), Aṃ Aḥ (Tibetan: ཨཾ་ཨཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं अः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: aṃ aḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Aṃ Aḥ), Ka Kha Ga Gha Nga, Ca Cha Ja Jha Nya, Ṭa Ṭha Ḍa Ḍha Ṇa, Ta Tha Da Dha Na, Pa Pha Ba Bha Ma, Ya Ra La Va Śa Ṣa Sa Ha Kṣa Svāhā (Tibetan: ཡ་ར་ལ་ཝ་ཤ་ཥ་ས་ཧ་ཀྵ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: यरलवशषसहक्ष स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: yaralavaśaṣasaha kṣa svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Ya Ra La Va Śa Ṣa Sa Ha Kṣa Svāhā). Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ) ye dharmā hetuprabhavā hetu steṣāṃ tathāgato hyavadat teṣāṃ ca yo nirodha evaṃ vādī mahāśramaṇaḥ svāhā (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཡེ་དྷརྨཱ་ཧེ་ཏུ་པྲ་བྷ་བཱཿཧེ་ཏུནྟེ་ཥཱནྟ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏོ་ཧྱ་བ་དཏཱ་ཏེ་ཥཱཉྩ་ཡོ་ནི་རོ་དྷ་ཨེ་ཝཾ་བཱ་དཱི་མ་ཧཱ་ཤྲ་མ་ཎཿསྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ ये धर्मा हेतुप्रभवा हेतुस्तेषां तथागतो ह्यवदत्तेषां च यो निरोध एवं वादी महाश्रमणः स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ ye dharmā hetuprabhavā hetu steṣāṃ tathāgato hyavadat teṣāṃ ca yo nirodha evaṃ vādī mahāśramaṇaḥ svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: All dharmas arise from causes; the Tathagata has taught the cause, and also their cessation; this is the doctrine of the Great Ascetic Svāhā). Link the vowels, consonants, and the essence of dependent arising together and recite them three, seven, or twenty-one times, combining them with the breath, and at the end of the recitation, visualize the rosary of mantras gradually melting, dissolving into the letter A. The letter A also dissolves into white and red nectar. Dissolving into the tongue, thereby possessing the power of ability. May my tongue, possess the courage of the Sugatas. May the glory and power of speech, be able to subdue all sentient beings. May all the meanings of the words I speak, be accomplished. Say this. This is a common instruction, especially from Orgyen Rinpoche and Phadampa.

Specifically instructed, this prayer is the word of the Buddha. Although there are many types of transforming mantras, it is difficult to practice them all. Oṃ sambhara sambhara vimāna sāra mahā jambha hūṃ. (藏文:ཨོཾ་སམྦྷ་ར་སམྦྷ་ར་བི་མཱ་ན་སཱ་ར་མ་ཧཱ་ཛམྦྷ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ sambhara sambhara vimāna sāra mahā jambha hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Om, accumulate, accumulate, celestial palace, essence, great, gather, Hum.) Oṃ smara smara vimāna skara mahā java hūṃ. (藏文:ཨོཾ་སྨ་ར་སྨ་ར་བི་མཱ་ན་སྐ་ར་མ་ཧཱ་ཛ་བ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ smara smara vimāna skara mahā java hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Om, remember, remember, celestial palace, ..., great, swift, Hum.) Reciting these in succession seven times will transform the amount of recitation done that day into immeasurable. Furthermore, Oṃ rucira maṇi prabardhanāya svāhā. (藏文:ཨོཾ་རུ་ཙི་ར་མ་ཎི་པྲ་བརྡྷ་ནཱ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ rucira maṇi prabardhanāya svāhā,汉语字面意思:Om, bright, jewel, increasing, svāhā.) Hrīḥ vajra jihvā mantra dhara bardhani oṃ. (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿབཛྲ་ཛི་ཧྭཱ་མནྟྲ་དྷ་ར་བརྡྷ་ནི་ཨོཾ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ vajra jihvā mantra dhara bardhani oṃ,汉语字面意思:Hrīḥ, vajra, tongue, mantra, holder, increasing, Om.) Reciting this mantra seven or three times, it is said, will increase the power of the mantra a hundred thousand times. At the beginning of reciting the yidam mantra, reciting this mantra along with the vowels, consonants, and the heart essence of dependent arising will bless the mala. Sometimes, if it can be blessed on food, it is said that it will also increase its power. If relying on the terma of the stainless vajra, "Transforming Sound and Syllable," then rely on the method with special mantras and visualizations. After that, with the four common preliminaries such as the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment, generate renunciation and encourage the mind towards the Dharma. After refuge and bodhicitta have reached their measure, practice Vajrasattva meditation and recitation, mandala offering, and guru yoga, the uncommon preliminaries, making sure that each of their visualizations and practices become one. Especially emphasizing the general and specific explanations of guru yoga, finally, during the Great Perfection yoga, visualize the guru above the crown of the head, and oneself, like melting light, transforms into a sphere of five lights, going straight up and dissolving into the guru's heart. The guru also gradually ascends to a higher place, and finally dissolves into the realm of clear light, and without making any mental effort, remain in this state for a moment. This method has immeasurable benefits. Second, the yoga of bathing: If it can be fully practiced at dawn, then arrange a vase filled with blessings. Such as relying on the New Treasure, Secret Bindu, Vajrasattva, etc., practice self-generation of the vase and perform bathing and empowerment. If it is not possible to practice or there is no leisure, visualize the vase as a self-arisen palace, on a lotus and moon cushion, Vajrasattva, with a white body, holding a vajra and bell, possessing the attire of the enjoyment body. At the heart, on a moon disc, the syllable Hūṃ, surrounded by the hundred-syllable mantra, from which a stream of nectar descends, filling the vase. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra as much as possible. The deity of the vase dissolves into light and becomes nectar. From the Akanishta heaven, Vajrasattva, descends and bathes me. With such faith, recite the hundred-syllable mantra and the seven branches of bathing, and perform bathing and drinking. Bathing deities
