Also, one should meditate on the four immeasurables. Then, as it says in the Bodhicharyavatara: "Three times each day and night, recite the Sutra of the Three Heaps, and rely on the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, which will pacify the remaining downfalls." Therefore, as it is said in the sutra, one should recite the Sutra of the Three Heaps three times a day: in the morning, at noon, and in the afternoon; and three times at night: in the early evening, at midnight, and at dawn. Here, the last session of the night is at dawn. So, in the sky in front, visualize the thirty-five Buddhas, all possessing the appearance of supreme emanations: seven white Buddhas making the gesture of teaching the Dharma, seven blue Buddhas making the gesture of subduing the earth, seven yellow Buddhas making the gesture of supreme generosity, seven red Buddhas making the gesture of meditative equipoise, and seven green Buddhas making the gesture of granting refuge. Visualize them alternately seated on lotus and moon cushions. With this faith, recite the Bodhichitta Confession of Downfalls. If there has been a slight violation of the branches of the vows during the day or night, one should make amends. Even if there has been no violation, one should generate bodhichitta in order to increase it. One should understand that the remaining five sessions of the day and night should be done in a similar way. Inwardly, practice Guru Yoga, raining down blessings. Recite "Namo Guru. My body, without attachment, in the sky above my head..." and so on, generating the support. Offer the outer, inner, secret, and suchness offerings. With intense devotion, causing the hairs to stand on end and tears to flow, make prayers during the session. Especially, recite "Emaho! All Buddhas of the three times..." and so on, as well as the Seven-Line Prayer, the Guru's Three Kayas, and as many of the Guru Yoga prayers as possible. Finally, recite the Vajra Guru mantra as much as possible, receive the four empowerments, and dissolve them into oneself. Secretly, practice the Guru Yoga associated with whatever generation and completion stage practices one is practicing. Whichever of the two one practices, dissolve the Guru above one's head into oneself. Remain for a moment in the state of non-duality between oneself and the Guru. This is necessary in order to actually receive the view, realization, and blessings. Again, clearly visualize the Guru at the crown of one's head. Oneself dissolves into light, gradually dissolving like a flame, becoming a mass of five-colored light, which goes with a loud sound and dissolves into the Guru's heart. The Guru also rises higher and higher, and finally disappears. Remain for a moment in a state of not thinking of anything. This will cause awareness to become clear and manifest, abiding in the nature of the Dharmakaya. Because one is proficient in the path of transference, one will be able to cut through the precipices of the bardo. The body

Having broken free from bonds, one will simultaneously attain the complete liberation of mind. Then, the essence of the session is: From the two stages of Indrabhuti, "The Dharma taught by the Buddhas, rests perfectly on two stages, namely the stage of generation and the stage of completion." As it is said, in order to purify ordinary thoughts, one should meditate on the mandala of the deity according to one's preference, with the key points of completeness in purity, perfection, and maturation, and recite as much as possible. This is the generation stage. Moreover, by purifying the after-thoughts and abiding in the state of luminosity, this is the subsequent completion stage. Or, the unsurpassed common completion stage of striking the vajra body's channels, winds, and bindus at the key points. In particular, by subduing awareness with skillful means, one should practice the meaning of the Great Perfection, the original purity, where all appearances and mind are originally liberated, the Great Self-Settling. With this virtue of self-nature purity, may we shake the wheel of existence from the bad migrations, may there be no dwelling in existence, may all quickly attain Buddhahood! Thus, dedicate the virtue to enlightenment and seal it with pure aspirations. These are the determinations of the Dharma practices to be done in scattered sessions. Then, the morning practice is: At dawn, bathe with water blessed by reciting the Hundred Syllable Mantra, maintaining cleanliness. In order to purify one's own and others' faults and transgressions, and to generate special qualities in the continuum, and in order to accumulate the accumulation of merit, invite the objects of refuge to reside on a well-arranged throne adorned with jewels and the like. Offer vast offerings in front of the sacred objects, or if one cannot afford it, one can also contemplate it in one's mind. As it says in the Heap of Jewels Sutra, "Whoever remembers the Victorious Ones, they abide in front of him, constantly blessing him to be liberated, and all sins are purified." Therefore, the Victorious Ones, with their compassion, love, and power, together with their retinue, descend from the boundless realms of the ten directions with unobstructed miraculous powers. On the path to arrival, many sons and daughters of the gods in the bathhouse bathe them, wipe their bodies, and offer celestial garments, and they sit on their respective seats, inseparable from the objects of devotion in front. Transforming oneself into immeasurable bodies, one prostrates together with all sentient beings and actions. With actual offerings and mind-created offerings, the essence is excellent and continuous
