无明黑暗之大群，愿以智慧光芒化为灰烬。痛苦之根源，烦恼之火焰，愿能平息一切煎熬。无依无怙众生之，轮回迷途诸般之根本，十二缘起之车轮啊，祈愿摧毁如轮辐般。以非理作意所幻化，戏论之轮得以摧毁， 从无意义世间事务中，祈愿我的心能转向。日日夜夜时时刻刻，罪恶之心不生于意，精进于解脱之善，祈愿成就菩提果。于如海劫之微尘数，供养一切诸佛，令具德上师欢喜，愿能受持甚深妙法。为自他二利圆满故，精进闻思修，具足七财功德，愿能恒常行利他。我从今时直至未来，成为一切众生之资粮，所有眼见耳闻忆念触及者，愿能证得无上菩提。若有人嗔恨或辱骂我，或口出恶言加以诽谤，亦能成为菩提之因，愿其成为我之首位所化。若有人以信心赞叹我，或以虔诚之心忆念我，愿能获得成就珍宝藏，空行母们赐予加持。愿依于我，其他众生之，所有罪业得以清净，获得解脱之道，唯有善业增长。我 之名号仅被听闻，亦能成为一切众生之救护，衣物毛发指甲之微，亦能成为广大之守护。仅忆念我之名号，远离盗匪等怖畏，所有如意之愿望，愿能于刹那间成就。我从今时直至未来际，成为一切众生之怙主与救护，成为助伴，愿能圆满一切希望。我成为一切众生之，如意宝珠，消除一切贫困，愿能满足所有愿望。我之身体与受用，以及所有善根，共同 成为受用之基础，愿能利益他众无有穷尽。我所造作

May the great mass of ignorance's darkness be turned into ashes by the rays of wisdom. May the fire of suffering's origin, the flames of affliction, pacify all torment. For sentient beings in existence without protector, the basis of all the wandering in samsara's delusion, the chariot of the twelve links of dependent arising, may it be destroyed like a wheel spoke. And may the wheel of elaboration, conjured by improper attention, be shattered. From meaningless worldly affairs, may my mind turn away. Day and night, at all times, may sinful thoughts not arise in my mind, and striving diligently for the virtue of liberation, may I be made to attain enlightenment. For as many eons as there are grains of sand in the ocean, may I make offerings to all the Victorious Ones, please the glorious protector lama, and hold the profound sacred Dharma. For the spontaneous accomplishment of both my own and others' benefit, may I take to heart listening, contemplation, and meditation, be replete with the seven riches and qualities, and always act for the sake of others. From this day forth, may I always be the basis of sustenance for all beings, and may all who see, hear, remember, or touch me attain unsurpassed enlightenment. Even if someone is angry or curses me, or speaks harshly and slanders me, may that also become a cause for enlightenment, and may that person be the first to be tamed by me. If someone praises me with faith, or remembers me with devotion, may they find the treasure of accomplished siddhis, and may the dakinis bestow their blessings. May others, relying on me, become the basis for the exhaustion of all their faults, and having taken hold of the path of liberation, may only virtue increase. May even the mere mention of my name be a refuge for all sentient beings, and may even a bit of clothing, hair, or nails be a great protection. By merely remembering me, may there be no fear of thieves and the like, and may all desired aims be accomplished in an instant. From this day until the end of future lives, may I be the protector and refuge of all sentient beings, and becoming a companion, may I fulfill all hopes. May I become the wish-fulfilling jewel for all sentient beings, eliminating all poverty, and fulfilling all hopes. 一切诸众，为利有情故，无量苦行忍受已，愿能成办利乐事。 乃至有情所存际，我以精进作饶益， 一切众生脱轮回， 愿我速疾证菩提。 光明金刚藏之道， 四相圆满究竟后， 以大迁转执持身， 愿行无边利他事。 凡是依我之有情， 即于此生或中阴， 或于来世往生刹， 愿皆原本得解脱。 我以一切精进行， 无余一切诸有情， 愿能超越有海已， 一齐成佛大成就。 诸佛密藏之大库， 无上殊胜之教法， 如同旭日升虚空， 愿于一切国土盛。 如是清净悦耳唱诵之。 趋入佛法道之次第中，开示午后瑜伽。 之后，夜晚之瑜伽：如前一般，尽力于上师瑜伽与大圆满之义，尤其应尽力于上师瑜伽。彼亦于空性中，如前所修之上师身中，（རཾ，ram，राम，火）字放光，上下四方一切处，火轮千辐旋转，一切八部众斩截焚烧，于内外火聚燃烧之界中，自身观想为与虚空边际等同之大金刚萨埵，自顶髻之上师迎请至自心间。此乃守护一切障碍与阻挠之最胜者，故极重要。趋入佛法道之次第中，开示夜晚瑜伽。 之后，半夜之瑜伽：首先库苏鲁之会供轮：自身观想为平凡庸俗者，自心间，自明金刚空行母白身，持钺刀与颅器，自梵穴而出，以钺刀从自身眉间之毫毛处斩断头盖骨，置于三座如须弥山般之颅器支架上，内中盛入自身分割成块之身体，（ཡཾ，yam，यं，风）字生风，燃（རཾ，ram，राम，火）字之火，使颅器内之物沸腾，十方诸佛与有寂之甘露降临，获得。

May all of this become for the benefit of all sentient beings. Having endured immeasurable hardships, may I accomplish the benefit and happiness of all. For as long as sentient beings exist, may I work for their benefit with diligence. Having liberated all from samsara, may I attain enlightenment quickly. The path of clear light Vajra Essence, having perfected the four visions, holding the body with great transference, may I practice limitless benefit for others. All beings who rely on me, whether in this life or in the bardo, or in future lives, may they travel to the pure lands of the Nirmāṇakāya and be liberated primordially. With all my diligence, may I lead all sentient beings without exception across the ocean of existence and attain Buddhahood all at once. May the great treasury of secrets of all the Buddhas, the supreme and unsurpassed teachings, like the rising sun in the sky, flourish in all lands. Thus, it should be chanted purely and melodiously. From the Stages of the Path of Dharma Practice, the Yoga of the Afternoon Session is taught. Then, the Yoga of the Evening: As before, strive to remain in equipoise on the meaning of Guru Yoga and the Great Perfection, and especially strive in Guru Yoga. That is, from within emptiness, from the body of the Guru visualized as before, the syllable (རཾ，ram，राम，fire) radiates light, and in all directions above and below, a wheel of fire with a thousand spokes revolves, cutting and burning all the Eight Classes of gods and demons into pieces. In the midst of the blazing fire both inside and out, visualize yourself as Vajrasattva, as vast as the expanse of the sky, and invite the Guru at the crown of your head into your heart. This is the supreme protection against all obstacles and hindrances, so it is extremely important. From the Stages of the Path of Dharma Practice, the Yoga of the Evening is taught. Then, the Yoga of Midnight: First, the Gaṇacakra of Kusulu: From within the heart of yourself as an ordinary person, your own awareness manifests as the white Vajra Ḍākinī, holding a curved knife and a skull cup, emerging from the aperture of Brahmā. With the curved knife, she cuts off your own skull from the hair at the brow, placing it on a tripod of skull cups as large as Mount Meru. Inside, she places your own body, cut into pieces. From (ཡཾ，yam，यं，wind) arises wind, igniting the fire of (རཾ，ram，राम，fire), causing the contents of the skull cup to boil.
