Please show good signs and omens, Please cherish your vows and bestow great blessings! Thus invoked, and at the end of the root mantra, add "Ābeśaya ā āḥ," reciting it bestows blessings. ༈ As dawn breaks, the Vajra boundary maker and others do as before. Invoking the messenger: Hūṃ bhyoḥ! From the Dharmadhātu, the maṇḍala of the Dharmakāya, The great blazing one, the glorious worker, Reddish, with nine-jointed fingers held upright, Feet that liberate, like the rising dawn. Along with the victorious ones and their offspring, the gurus, yidams, vidyadharas, peaceful and wrathful deities, and all inner and outer dakinis and oath-bound protectors, I beseech you to bestow great blessings and grant great empowerments. Hūṃ hrīḥ! From the expanse of the dawn sky, bestow blessings! The seven yogic masters who accomplish flourishing activities, the seventy-two glorious protectors of the Tsang lineage, please accept these offerings and bring accomplishments to this place. Show auspicious signs and omens, and with loving kindness, bestow great blessings! Thus, invoke and recite the root mantra, adding "Āveśaya ā āḥ," and blessings will descend. At the time when the sun first touches the mountain peak, the vajra boundary maker proceeds as before. The invocation of the messenger is: Hūṃ bhyoḥ! From the mandala of the invisible expanse of the sky, the dakini sovereign, the great black crow, when running, is like a shooting star; when lying down, is like a red flame. At the time of sunrise, the obstructing obstacles, may the white sky-tile be pulverized into dust! Thus invoking, cast the lasso and raise the sword. Oṃ krodhīśvarī liṃ dur bhur ti śag śag! Thurbu bhur tri! Śin baṃ kha tri! Kha dhū tri! Ra ra tri! Ru ru tri! Chuṃ chuṃ tri! Chuṃ pa tri śag! Yaṃ yaṃ at the heart of the oath-breakers! Thus, fiercely uttering, dispel them. The descent of blessings is: Hūṃ! From the invisible realm, along with the victorious ones and their offspring, the gurus, yidams, vidyadharas, peaceful and wrathful deities, and all inner and outer dakinis and oath-bound protectors, I beseech you to bestow great blessings and grant great empowerments. The hosts of protectors such as Kaurī, Siṃha, and others, the great gods Brahmā, Indra, and others, please accept these offerings and bring accomplishments to this place. Show auspicious signs and omens, and with loving kindness, bestow great blessings! Thus, invoke and recite the root mantra, adding "Āveśaya ā āḥ," and blessings will descend. At noon, whichever is convenient, the leader of the assembly or the boundary maker, the rest is the same as before. The invocation of the messenger is: Hūṃ bhyoḥ! From the mandala of the dark Jātaka continent, the glorious protector with the face of a blazing makara, the laughter of the vajra mantra, chem se chem!
