May the auspiciousness of the Nirmanakaya be! May the unchanging nature be spontaneously perfect! May the auspiciousness of the Sambhogakaya of great bliss be! May beings be guided by skillful means of taming! May the auspiciousness of the Nirmanakaya of various forms be! Abandoning the two births and deaths, attain immortality. May Khodpung Father and Mother be auspicious! Holding the Tantras, Agamas, Instructions, and Treasures. May the auspiciousness of the Root and Lineage Lamas be! May they shower down the supreme and common siddhis like rain. May the auspiciousness of the Yidam deity assembly be! May they clear away obstacles and protect the teachings. May the auspiciousness of the Dakinis and Dharma Protectors be! In all directions, times, places, and circumstances, may there be auspiciousness, well-being, and increase! Fifth is the departure and gathering of the deities: In the ancient terma, the departure and gathering of the deities is not mentioned, so it is also meaningful in the practice of the sealed mudra. Later followers may send away the wisdom deity from the general category, but here, according to the supreme common principle, if the wisdom deity has a basis, it should remain. If not, the samaya and wisdom deities should be gathered into the clear light at the same time. Ah! May I and all phenomena and existence, the celestial palace deities, all the illusory manifestations of creation, dissolve into the realm of self-awareness, and remain in the uncreated, vast expanse. A A Om Hum Dule Lhen. Thus, the uncreated, self-arisen nature is left naked. Again, with the pride of the deity, dedicate the merit and make aspirations. If you do the recitation of this, first rely only on the self-generation, and the number of recitations is four hundred million for the best, one hundred million, that is, ten million, for the middle, and four hundred thousand for the least. The signs are the same as the common ones. If you practice, then do the activity ritual like this, both self and front are released, and the recitation focused on the front generation is bordered by one hundred thousand, or whatever is accomplished for seven days or more. It is also good to combine it like this when practicing the essence pills. Second is the sequence of the life empowerment: The arrangement of the mandala empowerment substances and the method of giving the activity are done as described above, and after the recitation of attracting life is completed, the disciples are bathed, and the activity vase is held. Visualize the vase as a self-arisen palace, Gyerpung (Tibetan place name) remembrance is the color of a conch shell, from the clear heart, a stream of wisdom nectar arises, and think that all the sins and obscurations accumulated from beginningless time are completely purified. Om! From the heart of Khodpung, light shines, the stream of wisdom, the nectar water, the afflictions, habits, and sins

Ga drib dru. May it become as pure as a crystal ball. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra and bathe. Visualize yourself as the vast Khodpung (Khod spungs), from whose heart emanate immeasurable rays of light, like a mountain of fire, cutting through all outer, inner, and secret obstacles. Bso! I am the Yungdrung God of Longevity. Use these words to create a boundary and protect it with the view of emptiness. Generate Bodhicitta, etc. To briefly recount the relevant history: This great immortal Vidyadhara, Khodpung Dranpa Namkha (Khod spungs dran pa nam mkha'), appeared as an emanation from the heart of the Buddha in order to subdue many difficult-to-tame beings. When he manifested birth in the western region of Tagzig (stag gzig), he was known as "Immaculate Youth." When he manifested a human body in Zhangzhung Kyunglung Ngulkhar (zhang zhung khyung lung dngul mkhar), he was given the name Gyerpung Dranpa Namkha (gyer spungs dran pa nam mkha'). When he studied with the scholars of Zhangzhung and Tibet, he was also known as the Great Scholar Dzuphrul Yeshe (mkhas chen rdzu 'phrul ye shes). In the eight great charnel grounds of Oddiyana, he manifested as the eight blood-drinking heroes, subduing all the eight classes of malevolent spirits. In India, he met with nine scholars, including Rombu Guhya Chandra, refuted the arguments of the heretics, and propagated the Buddhist teachings, and was therefore known as the Great Accomplished One Virupa. Having attained the accomplishment of immortal life, he continuously benefited beings in the form of a Vidyadhara who controls life. He also demonstrated the union of the Dakini Odlan Barma ('od ldan 'bar ma) with skillful means and wisdom, creating two supreme immortal Vidyadhara emanations for the benefit of beings. He went to Tibet and became the object of offering for King Trisong Detsen, receiving the nectar teachings from the Great Master Padmasambhava of Oddiyana, and was also among the twenty-five accomplished disciples. His inconceivable biography is as vast as the sky. Among the many methods for practicing him, the lineages of Kama and Terma, this profound and particularly excellent longevity practice was given to the great translator Vairochana by the translator Langdro Konchok Jungne (lang gro lo tsA ba dkon mchog 'byung gnas) in exchange for a golden mandala, and was concealed as a treasure in the expanse of his mind.
