。 唉玛伙！雍仲长寿之神众， 以实物和意幻所化之， 无上供养之云聚， desired qualities 不可思议。 五智之光芒四射， 我等以虔诚之心供养， 于智慧之界享用后， 赐予持明长寿之成就。 祖尔香德秀哈Ra耶 梭哈。 供养甘露是：唉玛伙！ 稀有绿松石甘露之精华， Ra萨 亚囊（梵文天城体：रसायनं，梵文罗马拟音：rasāyanaṃ，汉语字面意思：长生药）药物之精髓， 供养不死之神众口中， 赐予雍仲长寿之成就。 绿松石甘露 卡嘿。 供血是：梭！ 具名吉祥颅器中， 断除五毒盛满红色， 供养不死之神众口中， 赐予雍仲长寿之成就。 定木尔 Ra嘎达 卡嘿。 供朵玛是：梭！ 虚空清净朵玛盘中， 无尽受用朵玛充满， 供养不死之神众口中， 赐予雍仲长寿之成就。 班匝尔萨门达 斯邦 梭巴林 卡嘿。 第六，勾招长寿咒语是：首先观想自生本尊， 以咒语之光和威严力， 上师本尊空行母， 持明瑜伽士长寿之主， 世间产生之精华全部， 汇集甘露通过梵 穴传递，进入中脉充满全身， 身体是不死虹光身， 语是无坏咒语之语， 意是不动阿字之意， 无造作无污染远离生死， 成为雍仲身语意。 这样观想后，念诵：梭 嗡 阔奔Ra达那 策 呢则 匝 班匝尔。（藏文：བསྭོ་ཨཱོྃ་ཁོད་སྤུངས་རཏ་ན་ཚེ་ནྲྀ་ཛཿབྲུཾ༔，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）。 面前本尊心间月上嗡（藏文：ཨཱོྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）， 白色明亮咒语之链围绕， 念诵催动光芒四射， 上师本尊空行母， 持明瑜伽士长寿之主， 世间产生之精华精髓， 衰败损耗之寿命全部， 甘露光芒完全汇集， 融入自前所修之物中， 成就长寿之成就。 这样观想后，尽力念诵。 第七，赞颂并勾招寿命是：摇动箭幡， 梭 嗡！ 善逝持明长寿之神， 身是不死诞生后坚固， 语是不绝梵天之音， 意是不变雍仲之界， 名是忆念长寿自在力。

The rays of the five wisdoms shine forth, We offer with faith, Having accepted into the realm of wisdom, Grant the attainments of the vidyadhara of longevity. Zur Sham De Sho Ha Ra Ye Svaha. The offering of medicine is: Emaho! The essence of wondrous turquoise nectar, The essence of Rasayana medicine, Offered to the mouths of the immortal deities, Grant the attainments of Yungdrung longevity. Turquoise nectar Kha Hi. The offering of rakta is: Swo! In a named auspicious skull cup, Filled with red, cutting off the five poisons, Offered to the mouths of the immortal deities, Grant the attainments of Yungdrung longevity. Ding Mur Rakta Kha Hi. The offering of torma is: Swo! In a pure torma vessel in the sky, Filled with inexhaustible enjoyment torma, Offered to the mouths of the immortal deities, Grant the attainments of Yungdrung longevity. Bhrum Zamin Pung So Baling Kha Hi. Sixth, drawing in the longevity mantra is: First, focus on self-generation, With the rays and splendor of the mantra, The lama, yidam, and dakini, The vidyadhara, drangsong, lord of longevity, All the essence of worldly elements, Gathered into nectar, passing through the Brahma Passage, entering the central channel, filling the entire body, The body is an immortal rainbow body, The speech is the indestructible speech of mantra, The mind is the unwavering mind of A, Unfabricated, uncorrupted, free from birth and death, Transformed into the Yungdrung body, speech, and mind. Having meditated thus, recite: Swo Om Khod Pung Ratana Tse Nri Dza Bhrum. In front, on the moon in the heart, Om, White and clear, surrounded by a garland of mantras, Reciting, stimulating the lineage, rays of light radiate, The lama, yidam, and dakini, The vidyadhara, drangsong, lord of longevity, The essence of worldly elements, All the diminished and deteriorated life force, Gathered completely as nectar and light, Dissolving into the substances of self and front generation, May the attainment of immortality be accomplished. Having meditated thus, recite as much as possible. Seventh, praising and invoking longevity is: Waving the arrow banner, Swo Om! The Sugata vidyadhara, deity of longevity, The body is immortal, strong from birth, The speech is the uninterrupted sound of Brahma, The mind is the unchanging realm of Yungdrung, The name is the power of mindfulness, the lord of longevity.

Adorned with the attire of perfect enjoyment. Surrounded by Tshewang Rigdzin Dakinis. Bestowing the accomplishments of Yungdrung life. To the immortal deities and their retinues, I prostrate, offer praise, and make offerings. Bso Om! Tshe Dak yab yum arise from the expanse. Urging the swift messengers to action. The outer vessel is the essence of the elements. The inner essence is the life, merit, and power of beings. The secret is the compassion, power, qualities, and glory of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. My life force, which is broken and diminished, Gathered by the blessings of great wisdom. Absorbed into myself and the substances of practice. Restoring the diminished life essence. Increasing what remains and gathering what is ascending. Transforming the practice substances into turquoise nectar. Dispelling the outer, inner, and secret obstacles. Bestowing the supreme empowerment upon body, speech, and mind. Displaying wondrous signs and miracles. Granting the accomplishments of Yungdrung life. Thus, invoke and stabilize by reciting mantras. Third, the subsequent activities have five parts. First, offering the Tsok: Sprinkle water on the Tsok substances, RAM YAM MAM SALE SANGE YE SOHA. Purifying all impurities and defilements. In vast and spacious vessels of precious jewels and lotuses, The Tsok substances transform into a clear ocean of nectar, with goddesses holding offerings.
