以灌顶而包括，自性不可言说的过失全部，以猛烈的后悔而坦白忏悔。显有清净圆满为天身，以不净平凡显现执着实有，禅修懈怠为不善所误。身之誓言违犯坦白忏悔。不可摧毁风咒那达之自性，以名言文字之符号和相束缚，念诵不净以胡言乱语掺杂。语之誓言违犯坦白忏悔。诸法本来自性离戏论，以能取所取分别相而分割，未证悟实相于错觉黑暗中迷茫。意之誓言违犯坦白忏悔。清净过失功德无余圆满，以及诸佛菩萨之智慧幻化，以短视片面之思想衡量等。功德誓言违犯坦白忏悔。四种事业无余成办所欲，如意宝般无碍满足希望，以幼稚之心用于琐事等。事业誓言违犯坦白忏悔。虽受持金刚之大戒，然于共同和特殊之誓言中，所有违犯和破损，皆坦白忏悔，祈请清净。如是念诵百字明。之后正行之忏悔是： ཧོཿ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 虽未动摇自性法界，然以大悲之力量显现为炽燃之身，诸佛之护法具誓海众，连同眷属请听我言并垂念。我等愚昧无明迷惑之心，为业和烦恼习气所扰，虽曾立誓亲近修持您等，然身之手印未明意义未解，咒语之念诵不净增减错乱，意之禅定掉举昏沉为分别念所染。誓言物不全，所依物不聚，供品微少精华缺失，为污垢不净所染。时之供养拖延和中断，亲近修持懈怠，行为颠倒等。根本支分誓言一切违犯，以极大后悔之心坦白忏悔。祈请容忍我的坦白忏悔，所有破损和罪障之聚皆得清净，获得不变清净殊胜之成就。

Including empowerments, I confess and repent with intense remorse all faults of unspeakable nature. Although appearance and existence are perfectly complete as divine forms, I have been distracted from meditation and practice by impure, ordinary appearances, clinging to reality, and have strayed due to unwholesome distractions. I confess and repent for breaking the samaya of body. In the indestructible nature of wind-mantra Nada, I am bound by the symbols and signs of conventional words. Impure recitations are mixed with meaningless chatter. I confess and repent for breaking the samaya of speech. In the nature of all dharmas, which is originally free from elaboration, I have been separated by the signs of grasping and fixation. Not realizing the true nature, I am lost in the darkness of illusion. I confess and repent for breaking the samaya of mind. Completely perfecting all qualities and eliminating faults, and in the wisdom manifestations of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, I have measured them with narrow-minded, one-sided thoughts. I confess and repent for breaking the samaya of qualities. Completely fulfilling all desires through the four activities, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, I have used them for trivial tasks with childish minds. I confess and repent for breaking the samaya of activities. Although I have taken the great branch of Vajra, whatever I have done that has violated and broken the common and special samayas, I confess and repent, please purify and cleanse. Thus, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Then, the actual confession of the text is: HOḤ. Although not moving from the nature of the Dharmadhatu, manifesting as a blazing form through the power of compassion, assembly of oath-bound protectors of the Buddhas' teachings, along with your retinue, please listen to me and consider. Our foolish, ignorant, and deluded minds are disturbed by karma, afflictions, and habitual tendencies. Although we have vowed to approach and practice you, the mudras of the body are unclear, and the meaning is not understood. The recitation of mantras is impure, with excesses and deficiencies. The samadhi of the mind is tainted by dullness, agitation, and thoughts. The samaya substances are incomplete, the support substances are not gathered, the offerings are small, the essence is lacking, and they are stained by dirt and impurities. The timely offerings are delayed and interrupted, and approach and practice are neglected, and actions are reversed. All violations of the root and branch samayas, I confess and repent with great remorse. Having accepted my confession and repentance, may all accumulations of broken vows and obscurations be purified, and may I attain the supreme, unchanging, pure accomplishment.

赐予。如是说，以及用四三次等百字明未能圆满誓言者，应当忏悔。三、为所欲之义祈请事业，若欲对大自在天神作特别的事业祈请，则新设朵玛或以（ཨཱོྃ་，嗡，oṃ，圆满）、（ཨཱཿ，啊，āḥ，生起）、（ཧཱུྃ，吽，hūṃ，降伏）加持后，先念诵咒语供赞： 舍（ཧྲཱིཿ，啥，hrīḥ，心）！从大乐自在之坛城中， 具德饮血马头明王尊， 从大悲之 游舞中， 大力神王众神之神， 自在吉祥发髻者， 傲慢之主大力汝， 从梵天之境与海之洲， 雪山之顶与旃檀林， 成就之境中请起驾！ 身色红如劫末之， 以如火燃烧之威光， 将三界无余摄为己有， 以手帜铁钩与索， 牵引有情之心而束缚， 以鬓发新月为庄严， 以秘密之标识将器情之， 光彩功德无余摄集， 大母天女断难阻， 恒常贪恋安乐而受用， 从身语意之坛城中， 秘密四母行事业， 牵引三界一切之心， 令人迷醉昏乱而束缚， 时机已到请作事业！ 梵天与欲天自在等， 一切傲慢大天神， 乃汝之眷属与仆役， 于三界中战胜诸敌， 苦行成就乃汝之威力， 无有任何能胜过者， 往昔所作誓言之， 意誓如今恳请矣！ 偕同傲慢之军众， 于三界一切有情世间， 以牵引之铁钩而获取， 以风之索而系缚其心， 从根本断绝其自主， 祈请令其聚集于我之掌控！ 恶毒之敌与损害之魔， 一切以猛烈之诅咒镇伏， 以明咒之加持令其中邪， 身语如尘般毁灭后， 祈请令其丝毫也不剩余！ 血肉食子堆积之， 香与鲜花等等， 迎合之誓物全部享用， 瑜伽我等眷属之， 障碍消除而成顺缘， 所托之事业无余， 祈请于刹那间成就！ 时机已到大自在， 偕同使者奴仆与差遣， 事业莫懈怠萨玛雅（ས་མ་ཡ，三昧耶，samaya，誓言）！ 如是所欲之义。

Grant it. Thus, those who have not fulfilled their vows with the four or three hundred-syllable mantras, etc., should confess. Third, to request activities for the desired purpose, if you wish to request specific activities from the Great Lord God, then prepare a new torma or refresh the old one, bless it with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ, and precede it with mantra offerings: Hrīḥ! From the mandala of great bliss and power, Glorious Blood-Drinking Horse-Supreme Glory! From the play of great compassion, Great Kulang, god of gods! Powerful Śrī with matted locks! Mighty leader of the arrogant hosts! From the realm of Brahma and the island of the ocean, The peak of the white glacier and the sandalwood forest, Arise from the places of accomplishment! Your body is red like the fire of the eon, With the blazing splendor of fire, Gather all three realms under your power! With the iron hook and lasso in your hands, Attract and bind the minds of beings! Adorned with a crescent moon in your sidelocks, With the secret signs, gather all the splendor and qualities of the vessel and its contents! Great Mother Goddess, difficult to turn back, Always attached and enjoying bliss! From the mandala of body, speech, and mind, The four secret mothers spread out for action! Attracting the minds of all three realms, Causing intoxication, delusion, and bondage! The time has come, perform your activities! Brahma, Desire God, Lord, and others, All the great arrogant gods, Are your retinue and servants! Conquer enemies in the three worlds! Accomplishment through asceticism is your power! There is nothing that cannot be overcome by your splendor! The vows you made in the past, I urge you to fulfill now! Together with the arrogant forces, In all the realms of the three worlds, Seize them with the iron hook of attraction! Bind their minds with the wind lasso! Separate them from their inherent freedom! Please gather them under my control! Subdue all cruel enemies and harmful obstructors with fierce curses! Turn them into victims through the application of knowledge mantras! After destroying their bodies and speech like dust, Please leave nothing remaining! Flesh, blood, and food offerings, Incense, flowers, and so on, Accept all the appropriate samaya substances! Pacify the obstacles and create favorable conditions for us yogis and our retinue! Accomplish all the entrusted tasks completely in an instant! The time has come, Great Lord! Together with messengers, servants, and envoys, Do not neglect the activities, Samaya! Thus, the meaning of what is desired.
