对于确定是传承弟子的，授予此命权灌顶时：前方陈设本尊所依和供品食子，自身观想为莲花生颅鬘力，前方明观药女眷属众，念诵以劝请本尊，献供会供食子，为弟子沐浴，驱除障碍，修持守护轮，献曼扎，祈请上师垂念，我乃您的传承者，为了弘扬深奥的教法，祈请赐予教敕的护法，如此祈请三次，上师说：孩子，你乃我的传承者，共同和特殊以及更殊胜的，誓言戒律如法守护，恒常进行供养赞颂护法，对此，弟子回答说：遵照上师的教敕，对于护法的誓言，不违越如生命般珍重，如此承诺，皈依发心，以七支供修持相续，弟子观想为压伏轮回显现，降临智慧，稳固无二，前方明观药女眷属众，迎请立誓，供养赞颂，之后誓言甘露，赐予护法和弟子，高举金刚，宣说此誓言： 吽！此乃秘密的甘露，守护誓言则成就殊胜悉地，违背则会被焚烧，因此孩子和护法二者，互相不违越誓言， 嗡 班杂 萨玛雅 吽 惹恰南图（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་རཀྵནྟུ，梵文天城体：ओँ वज्र समय हूँ रक्षन्तु，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra samaya hūṃ rakṣantu，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，誓言，吽，保护。），食子观想为本尊，交付于手中， 吽！世间药女之首，吉祥长寿自在母，和眷属一起守护此子，恒常事业不懈怠，念诵根本咒，以意摄受，思维如教敕般成办，念诵吉祥颂，抛洒鲜花，特别是如同心般珍贵的，对于传承种姓的儿子们，不共的命托付是：弟子观想为药女眷属众，食子观想为本尊，无别融入，再次从前方的诸本尊中，融入化为与自己相同，将表征物查克里置于顶上， 吽！藏地莲花生母田地守护主，实为诸佛之母殊胜瑜伽母，今日将传承子托付于你，请作增长寿命和智慧的事业，根本咒末尾加 噶雅 阿比钦扎 嗡， 吽！蓝色美面光明普拉之主，种姓之母殊胜金刚空行母，传承子……时

For the disciple who is definitely a lineage holder, when bestowing this life empowerment: In front, arrange the support for the visualized deity and the offering torma. Generate yourself as Padmakrodha Thotreng. Clearly visualize the medicine woman and her retinue in front. Urge the lineage through recitation, and offer the tsok torma. Bathe the disciple, separating them from obstacles. Meditate on the protective circle and offer the mandala. Request the noble lama to consider: I am your lineage holder, for the sake of upholding the profound teachings. Please grant the protectors of the command. Request this three times. The master says: Child, you are my lineage holder. The common, special, and especially superior vows and commitments, protect them properly. Constantly make offerings and praises to the protectors of the teachings. To this, the disciple replies: I will carry out the lama's command. The commitment to the protectors, I will not transgress, holding it as dear as life. With this promise, take refuge and generate bodhicitta. Purify the continuum with the seven-branch practice. Generate the disciple as overwhelming samsara and existence. Draw down wisdom and stabilize non-duality. Clearly visualize the medicine woman and her retinue in front. Invite and establish the commitment. Make offerings and praises. Then, the nectar of commitment is given to the protectors and the disciple. Raise the vajra and proclaim this commitment: HO! This is the secret nectar. If you protect the commitment, you will accomplish the supreme siddhi. If you break it, you will be burned. Therefore, child and protectors, may the two of you not transgress the commitment with each other. Visualize the torma as the deity and place it in the hand. HŪṂ! Chief of all the medicine women of the world, auspicious and powerful mother of life, together with your retinue, protect this child. Always be unwearied in your activity. Recite the root mantra and seize with your intention. Think that you are accomplishing according to the command. Recite auspicious verses and scatter flowers. Especially for the sons of the lineage who are like the heart, the uncommon life entrustment is: Generate the disciple as the medicine woman and her retinue. Visualize the torma as the deity, merging without separation. Again, from the deities in front, merge and transform into a second self. Place the symbolic tsakli on the crown of the head. HŪṂ! Mother born together in the land of Tibet, chief protector of the fields, in reality, supreme mother of the Buddhas, yogini. Today, I entrust the lineage son to you. Please perform the activity of increasing life and wisdom. At the end of the root mantra, add kāya abhiṣiñca oṃ. HŪṂ! Mistress of the blue, beautiful face, clear light, Pra, supreme mother of the lineage, vajra dakini. Lineage son... time
