而赐予成就。嗡 班匝 阿甘等。夏巴 扎底叉 梭哈。玛哈班匝 阿弥利大 惹大 玛哈苏卡 巴林大 奔匝 霍。我心间的种子字，放出光明照耀主尊的心间，月亮上的金刚，以赫利（ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，惭愧）字为标志，被命根精华所围绕，击打后忆起往昔誓言，思维成办一切所愿事业。嗡 班匝 达吉尼 阿玉协西瓦热 萨玛雅匝。阿玉 布涅 布兴 咕噜 梭哈。再次从主尊的心间，放出光明，催动四位眷属空行母的心续，思维赐予各自的，事业成就。嗡 嘉纳 达吉尼 芒 朗 昂 当 萨瓦 悉地 吽 吽。如是念诵直至出现验相。 验相是美丽的女子，给予食物，或者成为空行母的同伴，或者以母亲姐妹妻子的形象出现，或者直接显现真容。如果这样出现，一切事业都能成就。萨玛雅。修法间隙供养食子，按照力所能及的食子，加持后在根本咒语后加念：萨 巴热瓦热 额当 巴林大 卡 卡 卡嘿 卡嘿。结手印念诵七遍或者三遍等，最后祈祷所愿之事。从吉祥刹土出生的空行自在母，从远离戏论的法身界中，未曾动摇，以觉性自显报身五智空行之形象而立，又以化身药女之形象，护持如来之教法的觉姆 扎西 策耶旺姆，绀青色的美貌者，不动的善妙母牛，顶髻美颈者，白色的善行者，向着眷属三界药女百万眷属众祈请，供养，陈设，成为最极欢喜，成为最极喜悦的殊胜对境，祈请瑜伽士我等师徒施主眷属等，赐予喜悦的容颜，绽放微笑的光彩，如身与影般不离不弃地相伴，赐予与法相应的广大受用，息灭国王惩罚的怖畏等一切横祸，一切所思之愿皆能如法如愿成就。之后以美妙的音声赞颂：奇哉！生养智慧的法身大界母，诸佛金刚之妻瑜伽母！

From the seed syllable in my heart, light radiates to the heart of the main deity. If this happens, all activities will be accomplished. Samaya. At the end of the session, offer the torma. Consecrate the torma according to your ability, and at the end of the root mantra, add: Sa Pariwara Idam Balimta Kha Kha Khahi Khahi. Offer with mudras seven or three times, etc., and finally pray for what you desire. O Dakini, the powerful mother born from the glorious realm, without moving from the Dharmakaya realm free from elaboration, arising in the form of the Sambhogakaya, the five wisdom Dakinis, and protecting the Buddha's teachings in the form of the Nirmanakaya medicine woman, Jomo Tashi Tseye Wangmo, the beautiful one with a dark blue face, the unwavering good cow, the one with a crest and a beautiful neck, the white one who goes well, I beseech, offer, and present to the retinue of a million medicine women of the three realms, becoming the supreme delight, becoming the supreme and excellent object of joy. I pray that you, the yogi, our teachers, patrons, retinue, etc., grant a joyful face, radiate a smiling light, accompany us inseparable as body and shadow, bestow vast enjoyments in accordance with the Dharma, pacify all immediate evils such as the fear of the king's punishment, and accomplish all desired goals in accordance with the Dharma. Then praise with a melodious voice: Kye! Great mother of Dharmakaya, who gives birth to wisdom, Vajra consort of all Buddhas, Yogini!

ཨ༔ 法身五部之母至尊界自在，示现饮血欢喜众部忿怒母，化身善逝金刚宝，莲花事业空行作舞故，住处尸林处处现种种相，雪域佛法护教法轮之主，俱生母之智慧幻化中，赐予胜成就之药女姐妹五尊，如法行持密咒能赐解脱，令一切持明瑜伽士欢喜之母，对违犯誓言者处以教令之惩罚，以守护藏地所有作朵之主母之相，安住于高耸蓝色山王之上，天龙夜叉乾闼婆非人等，依止无数持明母众眷属，于草地森林鲜花盛开之地，江河发出美妙之声，散发着芬芳的气息。 白雪水晶山峰高耸入云，具有白色绸缎飘幡和金色柱子，以珍珠串和海螺桩固定，具备绸缎帐幔和珍宝严饰之宝座，于彼处，有一药女乃是寿之自在母，美貌绝伦，身色如月般皎洁，以珍宝项链和丝绸衣裳庄严，右手持不退转之自性金刚杵，左手持盛满不死甘露之妙瓶，发黑而亮丽，乳房丰满，眉毛秀丽，令人见而生喜，令人心醉神迷，双足以王妃之姿，舞动着优雅的姿态，威严地安坐于无畏之狮子宝座上，以放射无量光芒之威严，自在地掌握着轮回涅槃有寂之精华，赞美您，祈愿吉祥、寿命、福德、光辉，成为增长证悟智慧之助伴！蓝色美面乃光明照耀之光芒主，不动善牛乃具精华食物之主，顶髻美喉乃宝库财富之主，白色善行乃四足牲畜之主，化身、再化身、化中化，不可思议，乃是轮转显有空行之主，于无 量幻化网之坛城众，恭敬赞颂，祈赐一切所欲之成就！如是赞颂，祈请一切所欲之事业，若勤奋供养赞颂食子等，药女如影随形般相伴，极度欢喜，则成就，如开启珍宝之宝库般涌现，因此当恒常珍重供养赞颂，萨玛雅，传承。

The white snow crystal mountain is taller than the sky, With white silk banners and golden pillars, Secured with pearl strings and conch pegs, Adorned with silk canopies and precious thrones, There, one medicine woman is the sovereign of life, Exquisite in beauty, her body color is as white as the moon, Adorned with precious necklaces and silk garments, Her right hand holds the unchanging, self-existing vajra, Her left hand holds a fine vase filled with immortal life, Her hair is black and lustrous, her breasts are full, her eyebrows are well-shaped, She has a captivating demeanor that brings joy upon seeing her, Her two feet move with the graceful and elegant posture of a queen, She sits majestically on a fearless lion throne, With the splendor of radiating immeasurable light, She masters the essence of samsara and nirvana, the stable and the moving, I praise you, may auspiciousness, longevity, fortune, and glory increase, May you be a friend in increasing realization and wisdom! The blue, beautiful face is the lord of clear light, The unmoving, good bull is the lord of nourishing food, The crested, beautiful throat is the lord of the treasury of wealth, The white, good gait is the lord of four-legged livestock, Emanation, further emanation, innermost emanation, inconceivable, Is the lord of the wheel of all phenomena and existence dakinis, To the assemblies of the immeasurable illusion net mandala, I respectfully praise, grant the accomplishment of all desires!
