复次，以慈悲力而显现炽燃之身，诸佛之教守护誓言者之海众，连同眷属请垂听并忆念我。我等愚昧无知迷惑之心，为业与烦恼习气所扰，虽誓愿亲近修持诸神，然身之手印未明，义未领悟，咒语之念诵不净，增减错乱，意之禅定昏沉掉举为分别念所染，誓言物不全，依物不 足，物微质劣，精华已失，为垢秽不净所染。时之供养拖延或中断，亲近修持懈怠，事业行为颠倒等，根本支分誓言违犯皆，以自责后悔之心尽皆忏悔。忏悔宽恕纳受后，愿诸衰损罪障之众皆得清净，赐予不变清净无上之成就。如是等，结合净除嗔恨之观想，念诵百字明三次等以作忏悔。三者祈请事业：吽。诸佛之教守护金刚黑袍尊，拉姆、兄妹、眷属及眷属等，为祈请劝请无量事业故，献上供云大海令欢喜，普贤嘿汝嘎吉祥大英雄，坛城海之主莲花生，获得殊胜地之金刚持明众，次第而来之根本传承上师们，以三续誓言者傲慢之军队众，以外内秘密之欲乐大海供养。亲近修持后，所作灌顶誓言之，承诺誓言请勿忘失，作为世出世间圆满一切之基，愿诸佛之教于十方弘扬，及其执持闻思讲修而存活之，持教者如上弦月般增长。 愿等虚空众生之灾害皆寂灭，以十善之财富大海养活，愿世间界之器情圆满诸善，皆得增盛圆满，以吉祥而高升。尤其瑜伽士我等眷属之，疾病、邪魔、障碍及中断等，内外不顺衰败皆寂灭，从魔众之战场中彻底获胜。

Furthermore, may the assembly of oath-bound protectors of the Buddhas' teachings, who manifest as blazing forms through the power of compassion, together with their retinues, listen to me and remember me. We, with our foolish, ignorant, and deluded minds, disturbed by karma, afflictions, and habitual tendencies, although vowing to propitiate and accomplish the deities, have not clarified the mudras of the body, nor understood the meaning. Our recitation of mantras is impure, with additions, omissions, and confusions. Our samadhi of mind is obscured by dullness, excitement, and thoughts. The substances of the samaya are incomplete, the supporting substances are in sufficient, the materials are meager and of poor quality, the essence is lost, and they are stained by impurities. The offerings of time are delayed or interrupted, our propitiation and accomplishment are lax, and our actions are perverse. All violations of the root and branch samayas, we confess with a heart of self-reproach and regret. Having accepted our confession and forgiveness, may all the hosts of impairments and obscurations be purified, and may you grant us the unchanging, pure, and supreme accomplishment. Thus, combined with the visualization of purifying hatred, recite the hundred-syllable mantra three times, etc., to make confession. The third is the supplication for activity: Hūṃ. Great Vajra Black Cloak, protector of the Buddhas' teachings, Lcam-dral, attendants, and all your retinue, for the sake of requesting and urging limitless activities, may you be pleased by the offering of a vast cloud of offerings. Samantabhadra Heruka, glorious great hero, Padmasambhava, lord of the mandala sea, assembly of vajra vidyādharas who have attained the supreme ground, root and lineage lamas who have come in succession, hosts of proud, oath-bound forces of the three lineages, I offer to you the vast ocean of outer, inner, and secret desirable qualities. Having propitiated and accomplished you, and having received empowerment and samaya, do not neglect your promise and commitment. As the basis for the arising of all the perfections of existence and peace, may the Buddhas' teachings spread in the ten directions, and may the holders of the teachings, who live by study, reflection, teaching, and practice, increase like the waxing moon. May all the harms of beings equal to space be pacified, may we be sustained by the vast ocean of the wealth of the ten virtues, and may all the goodness of the environment and beings of the world realm increase and be perfected, and may it rise high with the glory of abundance. In particular, may all the sickness, evil spirits, obstacles, and interruptions of us yogis and our retinues, may all unfavorable outer and inner adversities be pacified, and may we be completely victorious over the battle of the hosts of demons.
