The wisdom deity arises from the place of invocation, The worldly deity arises from the place of action, The ocean of oath-bound ones arises from the place of reliance, The messenger's activity arises from the place of manifest action, Yoga master, accomplish the ultimate act of wrathful magic. I am the supreme practitioner, a yogi with vows, Seeking deities for benefit, practicing Dharma as work, Constantly benefiting others, if I worship you, protectors, Do not let the oath-breaking enemy cause harm. Relying on and invoking the oath-bound protectors, May they be beneficial and powerful in this time of need. When invoking and performing wrathful magic with mindless arrows and stones, If they can subdue others and perform the work of invocation, Why do the oath-bound protectors not act? Secret protectors, oath-bound ones with your retinue, I look with hope and call out with longing, Do you not consider me with a little compassion? Confessing is not pure, speaking is not heeded, Does your oath not align with adverse conditions? Entrusting is not done, invoking is not heeded, Does it not contradict the past oath? Abandoning all relatives, wealth, food, and homeland of this world, Practicing the sacred Dharma, Respecting great lords and friendly companions, Serving the oath-bound protectors like lords and friends, When striving for enlightenment in a secluded place, Do not let this oath-breaking sinner cause harm. If you do not inflict the arrow of the enemy upon me, What is the point of long-term offering and supplication? "Protecting the teachings and nurturing yogis," it is said, Will the promised oath not degenerate? With fearless generosity of Dharma and material things, Hoping to relieve the poor and honor the noble ones, Do not let the hateful enemy cause harm. From the beginning, free from elaboration, in the realm of pure nature, Even if I intend to meditate on the nature of the non-dual Dharmadhatu, Do not let the oath-breaking enemy prevent me from meditating. A white lion is despised by dogs near the village, What is the point of perfecting the three powers in the body? A spotted tigress is despised by mixed beings in the forest, What is the point of cutting off the territory in due time? A garuda is despised by ill-omened domestic dogs, What is the point of cutting through the waves in the sky? A turquoise dragon is despised by flower bees, What is the point of filling the three thousand worlds with sound? A king of the earth is despised by borderland subjects, What is the point of ruling the kingdom according to Dharma? Perfect Buddhas!

The deities are scorned by evil blessings, how small is the meaning of attaining complete perfect enlightenment. The Vajra master is scorned by disciples who break their vows, how small is the meaning of mastering the three wisdoms. The wish-fulfilling jewel is scorned by rough stones, how small is the meaning of fulfilling desired wishes. The mantra-holder, myself, is scorned by enemies who break their vows, oath-bound protectors, do not be negligent, please attend to your vows. I am without fault, without blame, assembly of protectors! Please let the Three Jewels be the impartial and witness! The Sugatas of the three times, who possess knowledge, please be the impartial and witness from the invisible realm of Dharma! Lama, Yidam, Dakini, possessors of blessings, please distinguish between good and evil, and decide on truth and falsehood! Dharma protectors, oath-bound ones, possessors of fierce power, please distinguish between good and bad vows, and decide with punishment! Those with eyes of wisdom, please be the impartial and witness! This vow-breaking sinner, enemy, evil-doer, destroys the sacred Buddha's teachings with this. He degrades the precious Three Jewels with this. He harms the body of the Vajra master with this. He deprives the gathering of the Sangha with this. He takes away the pledged goods from the yogi, myself. Oath-bound messengers and protectors who are commanded, Lord of mantras, executioner, planet with red and black face, and messenger emanations, assembly of many workers. Now punish this vow-breaking enemy! Please attend with a heart burning with hatred, and arouse from within him the plague of the four gatherings. Let his skin fall to the ground and be trampled. Let him vomit the five essences and blood. Let his evil retinue beat their chests. Let him utter groans, wails, and cries for help. Please kill the madman with the poisonous arrow of death. Push him from behind with the red whirlwind of karma, and devour him from the front with the great darkness of terror. Send various inauspicious omens and illusions upon him. Send the corpse of a father's revenge to the fighting enemy. Send the fishhook on the arrow to the fighting enemy. Send the claws of the wild beast in the middle to the fighting enemy. Send the claws of the black bird above to this one. Send the Acara leading the monkey to this one. Send the vixen riding on the goat to this one. Send the ogress riding on the bird to this one. Send the owl and raven riding on this one. Send the monkey riding on the horse to this one. Send the frog riding on the nightmare to this one. Send the black man crying out in agony to this one. In the evening, let the domestic rooster crow. At dawn, let the watchdog howl.
