ན་ཁྲོད་འགྲིམ་པར་ཤོག །བཀའ་དྲིན་གསུམ་ལྡན་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མ་ལ། །སྐད་ཅིག་ཙམ་ཡང་ལོག་ལྟ་མི་སྐྱེ་ཞིང་། །རྒྱལ་ཀུན་འདུས་གཟུགས་ཡིན་ལ་ཡིན་ཤེས་ཀྱིས། །ལམ་ཟབ་མོས་གུས་སྙིང་ནས་གསོལ་འདེབས་ཤོག །ཕུང་ཁམས་སྣང་སྲིད་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་འཁོར་ལོར་རྟོགས། །ཐིག་ རླུང་སེམས་གསུམ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཆེན་པོར་གྲོལ། །འདོད་ཁམས་བདེ་བ་ཟག་མེད་ངང་དུ་རྫོགས། །བྱིན་རླབས་འཕོ་བས་བདག་རྒྱུད་སྨིན་པར་ཤོག །ཚེ་འདིར་བླ་མ་ལྷ་ཡི་བྱིན་རླབས་དང་། །ཡང་ཟབ་གདམས་པར་རྩེ་གཅིག་གནད་བསྣུན་མཐུས། །འཆི་ཁ་འོད་གསལ་ཆོས་སྐུའི་རྗེས་ཐོབ་དེར། །མཁའ་སྤྱོད་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་དང་མཇལ་བར་ཤོག །གལ་ཏེ་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་གོམས་ཤུགས་ཆུང་བ་ཡིས། །འཆི་ཁའི་བར་དོ་ཟིན་པར་མ་གྱུར་ན། །སྲིད་པ་བར་དོར་གདམས་ངག་དྲན་པ་དང་། །མཁའ་སྤྱོད་རྡོ་རྗེ་བཙུན་མོས་འདྲེན་པར་ཤོག །དུས་དེར་ལྷག་པའི་ལྷ་ཁྱོད་ཐུགས་མ་གཡེལ། །བྱམས་པའི་ཞལ་བཟང་བདག་ལ་མངོན་སུམ་སྟོན། །བརྩེ་བའི་ཕྱག་གིས་བདག་གི་ལག་ནས་དྲོངས། །འོག་མིན་རྔ་ཡབ་དཔལ་རིར་བདེ་བར་སྐྱོལ། །སྐྱབས་གསུམ་ཀུན་འདུས་རིག་འཛིན་ནུས་ལྡན་རྗེ། །ཡེ་ཤེས་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་དབང་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་རྩལ། །དབྱེར་མེད་ཞལ་དཀྱིལ་སྒྲིབ་མེད་ལེགས་མཐོང་སྟེ། །རྡོ་རྗེའི་གསུང་གི་སྣང་བ་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །རིག་འཛིན་འདུས་པའི་ཚོགས་དང་སྐལ་མཉམ་ཞིང་། །གསང་ཆེན་ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱ་མཚོར་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་པས། །བསྐྱེད་རྫོགས་ལམ་གྱི་ལྷག་མ་ཀུན་བགྲོད་དེ། །སྐུ་དང་ཞིང་ཁམས་འདུ་འབྲལ་མེད་པར་ཤོག ། རང་གཞན་ཆོས་སྐུའི་རྒྱལ་ས་དེར་ཟིན་ནས། །གཞན་དོན་གཟུགས་སྐུ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་འདུ་བྱེད་ཀྱིས། ཁམས་གསུམ་འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་ཀུན་གྲུབ་པ་དང་། །ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་པོའི་སྨོན་ལམ་བདག་འགྲུབ་ཤོག །བཟོད་གསོལ་ནི། གང་དག་ཉེས་པ་བྱས་དང་བྱེད་འགྱུར་བ། །རྗེ་བཙུན་ཁྲོས་མ་འོད་གསལ་ཆེན་མོའི་ངང་། །བཟོད་པར་མཛོད་ལ་མཆོག་ཐུན་དངོས་གྲུབ་གང་། །ཐོགས་མེད་འགྲུབ་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། །ཡིག་བརྒྱ་བཟླ། སེ་གོལ་གཏོག་ཅིང་། བཛྲ་མུཾཿགྱིས་ཡེ་ཤེས་པ་དབྱིངས་སུ་གཤེགས། དམ་ཚིག་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་མས་ནས་རིམ་པ་བཞིན་དུ་བསྡུས་ཏེ་བདག་ཉིད་ལ་བསྡུ་ཞིང་། བདག་ཉིད་ལྷར་གསལ་བ་ཡང་ཐུགས་སྲོག་ས་བོན་ལ་བསྡུ། དེ་ཉིད་རིལ་འཛིན་ནམ་རྗེས་གཞིག་གི་ངང་ནས་འོད་གསལ་དུ་བཅུག་སྟེ་མཉམ་པར་འཇོག །ཐུན་མཚམས་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་ང་རྒྱལ་གྱིས་སྤྱོད་ལམ་ལ་འཇུག་ཅིང་ཤིས་པ་བརྗོད་པས་མཐའ་བརྒྱན་ནོ། ༈ །རྩ་བའི་བཞི་པ་ཆོ་གའི་ལག་ལེན་

愿前往寂静处！对于具备三种恩德的根本上师，哪怕一瞬间也不生起邪见，深知其为一切佛陀之化身，以甚深之道，从内心深处虔诚祈祷！愿能了悟五蕴、界、显有为坛城轮，脉、气、心三者解脱为大智慧，欲界之乐圆满于无漏之境，通过加持的转移，愿我的相续得以成熟！今生凭借上师本尊的加持，以及精勤于甚深口诀的要点，愿临终时在光明法身的后得境界中，与空行瑜伽母相见！如果因为精进和串习的力量薄弱，未能把握临终中阴，愿在有中阴时忆起教言，并由空行金刚母引导！那时，殊胜的本尊您请不要散乱，请慈悲地向我显现美好的面容，请用慈爱的手牵引我的手，安乐地引导我前往邬金铜色吉祥山！三宝总集、持明自在者，智慧金刚持、颅鬘力，无别面容无碍得见，愿获得金刚语之显现！愿与持明聚会之众同等，享用大秘密之法海，圆满生圆次第道之所有，身与坛城永不分离！ 愿证得自他法身之王位，以利他之色身二者的事业，成办三界众生的一切利益，愿普贤王如来的愿望在我身上实现！忏悔：所有造作或将要造作的罪业，祈请至尊怒母大光明之中，予以宽恕，并祈愿无碍成就一切殊胜共同之悉地，恳请赐予加持！念诵百字明，摇动钹，以vajra mum（藏文，梵文天城体：वज्र मु，梵文罗马拟音：vajra muṃ，金刚 哞）将智慧尊迎请返回本位。从下方起依次收摄誓言尊融入自身，观自身为本尊，再将本尊融入心间种子字，之后以摄持或后破之方式融入光明，安住于平等舍中。座间休息时，以空行母的傲慢进入行为，并以吉祥语作结。第四根本仪轨之行法完毕。

May I go to the solitary place! To the root guru who possesses the three kindnesses, may I not generate wrong views even for a moment, knowing that he is the embodiment of all Buddhas, with profound devotion from the depths of my heart, may I pray! May I realize the aggregates, elements, and appearances as the mandala wheel, and may the three—channels, winds, and mind—be liberated into great wisdom. May the bliss of the desire realm be perfected in the state of non-leakage. Through the transference of blessings, may my being be ripened! In this life, through the blessings of the guru and deity, and through the power of focusing intently on the essential points of the profound instructions, may I meet the dakini yogini in the after-attainment of the clear light dharmakaya at the time of death! If, due to weak diligence and habituation, I fail to grasp the bardo of death, may I remember the instructions in the bardo of existence, and may the dakini vajra maiden lead me! At that time, supreme deity, may your mind not waver, may you compassionately show me your beautiful face, may you lovingly take my hand, and may you lead me comfortably to the Glorious Copper-Colored Mountain of Oddiyana! Embodiment of the Three Jewels, master of vidyadharas, Yeshe Dorje Chang, Thötreng Tsal, may I clearly see your face without any obscuration, and may I attain the vision of the vajra speech! May I be equal to the assembly of vidyadharas, enjoying the ocean of the great secret dharma, traversing all the remaining paths of generation and completion, may body and realm be inseparable! May I attain the kingdom of the dharmakaya of self and others, and through the activity of the two form bodies for the benefit of others, may all the benefits of beings in the three realms be accomplished, and may the aspiration of Samantabhadra be fulfilled in me! Forgiveness: Whatever faults have been committed or will be committed, may the noble wrathful mother, in the state of great clear light, forgive them, and may all supreme and common siddhis be accomplished without obstruction, I beseech you to grant your blessings! Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra, strike the cymbals, and with vajra mum（藏文：བཛྲ་མུཾཿ，梵文天城体：वज्र मु，梵文罗马拟音：vajra muṃ，金刚 哞）, the wisdom being departs into space. Gradually gather the commitment mandala from below into oneself, visualizing oneself as the deity, and then dissolve the deity into the seed syllable at the heart. Then, through the method of absorption or subsequent dissolution, dissolve it into clear light, and rest in equanimity. In between sessions, engage in activities with the pride of a dakini, and conclude with auspicious words. The practice of the fourth root ritual is complete.
