May merit, wealth, and power increase. With the indigo-colored, fierce, and fearless Vajra body, By becoming an indestructible body, with one-pointedness, Focus on the mantra garland seed syllable in the heart, In an undistracted state, with wind and mantra inseparable, Recite, abandoning the five faults of recitation, and recite purely. Om Tare Tuttare Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ तारे तुत्तारे स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ tāre tuttāre svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Tare, Tuttare, Svaha!) Om Tare Tuttare Ture Mama Ayurjnana Punye Pushtim Kuru Svaha. (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་མ་མ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱན་པུཎྱེ་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ तारे तुत्तारे तुरे मम आयुर्ज्ञान पुण्य पुष्टिं कुरु स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ tāre tuttāre ture mama āyurjñāna puṇya puṣṭiṃ kuru svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Tare, Tuttare, Ture, Mama, Life, Wisdom, Merit, Increase, Do, Svaha!) Thus, the upper root heart eight syllables and the lower mantra with added words. During the approach, the upper root is the main one, and the mantra with added words is recited about one-sixth of it. In the practice and regular recitation, the mantra with added words should be the main one. At the end of the session, the completion stage and the stage of arising as the deity together is as follows: All phenomena encompassed by samsara and nirvana transform into the nature of a great mass of light and dissolve into the Vajra tent. That also dissolves into white light. The white also dissolves into red. The red dissolves into yellow. The yellow dissolves into blue. The blue dissolves into the Holy Mother. The Holy Mother also dissolves into the five chakras in the heart. The five chakras, the spoke mantra. That seed syllable also Taṃ. Taṃ (Tibetan: ཏཱྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ताम्, Sanskrit Romanized: tāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Taṃ), belly, head, moon phase, bindu, nada disappear and enter into profound, peaceful, clear light. Again, awakened by the condition of the mantra, it arises as the Holy Mother, adorned with three syllables. Thus, also realizing the essence of great emptiness, without any elaboration, is the completion stage. The nature appears as the deity, taking the illusory appearance as the path, is the generation stage. In the state of great compassion union stage, becoming one taste is the non-duality of generation and completion. Moreover, all dharmas become one taste with the Dharmakaya. By this virtue, may I perfect the two accumulations, Quickly attain the supreme state of Tara, May all beings abandon the two obscurations, And attain the deathless vidyadhara state. Thus, the virtue of the two stages is dedicated to beings and sealed. After that, the yoga of the torma in between sessions is as follows: The round torma, mainly made of the three whites, smeared with butter, with a thumb-encircling edge, placed in a clean vessel, with alcohol or water, Placed in one vessel. Recite: Om Amrite Hum Phat. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ अमृते हुं फट्, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ amṛte hūṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Amrita, Hum, Phat!) After saying this, purify with water, Ram Yam Kham. (Tibetan: རཾ་ཡཾ་ཁཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं यं खं, Sanskrit Romanized: raṃ yaṃ khaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram, Yam, Kham!) All the impure substances of the torma are purified, Becoming emptiness. Om Ah Hum. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ आः हुं, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Ah, Hum!) By this, bless the torma vessel essence to be complete, adorned with many desirable qualities, becoming equal to space. Recite Om Ah Hum.
