མང་རིན་ཆེན་འདུས་པའི་ཕུང་པོའི་དབུས། །འཆི་མེད་འོད་གསལ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་སྐུ་ཅན་གདམས་ངག་མཆོག །བསམ་འཕེལ་ནོར་བུ་བདག་བློའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན་རྩེ་མོར་མཛེས། །འདི་བཀོད་ནོངས་ཀུན་འཕགས་མས་བཟོད་བཞེས་དབུགས་དབྱུང་ཞིང་། །ལེགས་ཚོགས་གྱུར་ལས་སྲིད་པའི་ཆུ་ཀླུང་སྒྲོལ་གྱུར་ནས། །བདེ་ཆེན་བྱ་བ་ཡོངས་གྲུབ་འགྱུར་མེད་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཁམས། །འཕགས་མའི་གོ་འཕང་བདག་སོགས་འགྲོ་བས་མྱུར་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ཅེས་འཕགས་མ་ཡིད་བཞིན་འཁོར་ལོའི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་འདི་ཉིད་རང་གི་ཡིད་ལའང་བཀོད་འདོད་པ་ཞིག་བྱུང་ལ། སྐབས་དེར་གསེར་བཟང་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་མཆོག་པདྨ་འགྱུར་མེད་ནོར་བུའི་སྡེས་ཡང་ཡང་གསུང་གིས་བསྐུལ་པ་དང་། གཞན་ཡང་མཆོག་དོན་གཉེར་བ་དུ་མ་ལ་ཕན་པའི་ལྷག་བསམ་འབའ་ཞིག་གིས་མན་ངག་རྩ་བ་འཆི་མེད་འོད་ཀྱི་ལུས་ཅན་པཎྜི་ཏ་བྱེ་མ་མུ་ཏྲའི་གསུང་མན་ངག་སྲོག་ཏུ་བཀོད། ཡན་ལག་གཞན་རྣམས་དང་སྨིན་བྱེད་ཀྱི་གཞུང་འོད་དཔག་མེད་པ་ཚེ་ཡི་རིག་པ་འཛིན་པའི་ཚུལ་དུ་སྣང་བ་པདྨ་སཾ་བྷ་ཝའི་གདམས་པ་བསླད་མེད་བླ་མ་དམ་པའི་ཕྱག་ལེན་གྱིས་གསལ་བར་བྱས་ཏེ། ནོར་འཁྲུལ་གྱི་སྐྱོན་མེད་ཅིང་ཟབ་ལ་ཁྱེར་བདེ་བ་འདི་ཉིད་མདོ་ཁམས་ཀཿཐོག་ལྷོ་ཕྱོགས་པ་ཤཱཀྱའི་དགེ་བསྙེན་ཚངས་པར་སྤྱོད་ཅིང་གསང་སྔགས་ནང་གི་དགེ་སློང་དུ་ཕྱོགས་ཙམ་གཏོགས་པ་ རིག་སྔགས་འཛིན་པ་ཚེ་དབང་ནོར་བུས་སྟོད་མངའ་རིས་མང་ཡུལ་དབུས་རི་བོ་དཔལ་འབར་བདུད་རྩི་ཕུག་ཏུ་ཕུར་བུ་ཞེས་པ་ས་སྤྲེལ་ཧོར་ཟླ་ལྔ་པའི་དུས་ཚེས་བཟང་པོར་བྲིས་པ་འགྲོ་ཀུན་འཆི་མེད་དྭངས་མ་འཕགས་མའི་སྐུ་འགྲུབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། འཕགས་མ་ཡིད་བཞིན་ཟླ་བ་ཚེ་སྦྱིན་མའི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་སྙིང་པོར་དྲིལ་བ་འཆི་མེད་བདུད་རྩིའི་གཏེར་མཛོད། ཚེ་དབང་ནོར་བུ།

众多珍宝聚集的中央， 拥有不死光明金刚身的殊胜口诀， 如意宝珠般，于我心识的胜幢顶端庄严。 祈请圣母宽恕并接受此中所犯的错误， 愿善妙汇聚，由此渡脱轮回的河流， 愿大乐之事圆满成就，证得不变的智慧界。 愿我等众生迅速获得圣母的果位！ 如是，由于自己心中也生起了书写此圣母如意轮之修法的心愿，当时，格萨化身至尊贝玛坚赞诺布再三以言语劝请，并且为了利益其他众多寻求殊胜意义者，仅以纯净的意乐，将口诀根本——不死光身班智达贝玛穆扎的口传心髓记录下来。其他支分和成熟之法，则以显现为无量光佛寿命持明之相的莲花生大士的不掺杂口诀，通过清净上师的实践而加以阐明。此无有错谬、深奥且易于修持之法，由多康（མདོ་ཁམས）噶托（ཀཿཐོག）南方的释迦居士，虽持梵行且仅略微涉足密宗比丘之列的持明咒者才旺诺布，于上阿里（མངའ་རིས）芒域（མང་ཡུལ）中央的瑞沃白巴（རི་བོ་དཔལ་འབར）甘露洞穴名为普布（ཕུར་བུ）之处，在土猴年（1908）五月的吉祥日书写，愿一切众生皆能成就圣母不死甘露之身！吉祥增上！ 圣母如意月长寿佛母修法精要——不死甘露宝藏。才旺诺布。

In the center of a multitude of assembled jewels, The supreme instruction with the immortal, radiant, vajra body, Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, adorns the peak of the victory banner of my mind. I pray that the noble one will forgive and accept all the errors in this composition, May the accumulation of goodness lead to crossing the river of existence, May the activity of great bliss be completely accomplished, and the unchanging realm of wisdom be attained. May I and all beings quickly attain the state of the noble one! Thus, because the wish to write down this practice of the noble wish-fulfilling wheel arose in my own mind, at that time, Gesar incarnation, the venerable Pema Gyurme Norbu, repeatedly urged me with his words. Furthermore, with the sole intention of benefiting many others who seek the supreme meaning, I recorded the oral instruction that is the root of the immortal, radiant body, the heart essence of the oral instruction of the pandita Pema Mutra. The other branches and ripening methods were clarified through the unadulterated oral instructions of Padmasambhava, who appears as the form of Amitabha, the life-holding awareness holder, and through the practice of the pure lama. This profound and easy-to-practice method, free from errors and confusion, was written by Tshewang Norbu, a Shakya lay practitioner from the south of Dokham Kathok, who maintains celibacy and is only slightly involved in the ranks of tantric monks, a vidyadhara mantra holder, in a place called Purbu in the Riwo Palbar (Glorious Mountain) Amrita Cave in Upper Ngari Mangyul Central, on an auspicious day in the fifth month of the Earth Monkey year (1908). May all beings accomplish the immortal, pure body of the noble one! May goodness and auspiciousness increase!
