The red Vajrasattva who subdues desire, the blue Vajrasattva who subdues hatred in the heart, the yellow Vajrasattva who subdues miserliness and pride in the navel, and the green Vajrasattva who subdues jealousy in the secret place are visualized clearly. On the moon seat in the heart of each, there is the (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable mantra garland, in a state that is clear and corresponds to the color of their respective bodies. Focusing on the Vajrasattva in the conch shell, reciting the Hundred Syllable Mantra causes a continuous stream of purifying light and nectar to arise from the seed syllable (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and mantra garland of the life force. The body of Vajrasattva is filled with light. It flows outwards and also fills the body of the base Vajrasattva. It drips from the big toe of the right foot and enters from the crown of one's head. The karmic obscurations of being born as an animal due to the power of the object of purification, ignorance, are purified. It is thought that the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu is manifested as the result of purification. Proceeding from this, a stream of red nectar descends from the Vajrasattva in the throat. The karmic obscurations of being born as a human due to the power of desire are purified. Discriminating wisdom is manifested. A stream of blue nectar descends from the Vajrasattva in the heart. The karmic obscurations of being born in hell due to the power of hatred are purified. Mirror-like wisdom is manifested. A stream of yellow nectar descends from the Vajrasattva in the navel. The karmic obscurations of being born as gods and pretas due to miserliness and pride are purified. Equanimity wisdom is manifested. A stream of green nectar descends from the secret Vajrasattva. The karmic obscurations of being born as Asuras due to the power of jealousy are purified. Accomplishing wisdom is manifested. The streams of light and nectar radiate outwards, touching all sentient beings, purifying the obscurations of being born into the six realms due to the karma of the five poisons, miserliness, and the six. It is thought that wisdom is manifested. This is an uncommon and profound oral instruction, not an ordinary one. One should examine which affliction is most dominant in one's own mindstream. Then, as an antidote to that, one should meditate on the body of each of the five families. By abiding in the yoga of Vajrasattva, special signs and characteristics will arise. Common Gathering: The Vajrasattva of the conch shell dissolves into the throat, and that into the heart. The Vajrasattva of the secret place dissolves into the navel, and that into the heart. The external Vajrasattva also dissolves into the Vajrasattva in the heart. Generate devotion, respect, and love for that.

Having done this, (Vajrasattva) said with a smile, "Son of lineage, all your sins and obscurations are purified." Having given this blessing, Vajrasattva dissolved into light and merged into oneself. Due to this, one clearly visualizes oneself as the form of Vajrasattva and recites the near-heart mantra. Finally, one also abides in a state of non-objectification and freedom from elaboration, which is the ultimate confession, the king of all repentances. Fifth, within the nail of impermanence exhortation, there is a tradition of teaching the instructions on the four mind-turning thoughts. There are four of these. First, the instruction on the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment. The essence is the eight leisures, and especially the ten endowments, contemplating each of the five self-endowments and five other-endowments, and determining the essence. Examining the causes, examples, and numbers, one contemplates the difficulty of obtaining it. Since happiness and enjoyment in this life, liberation, nirvana, and the attainment of omniscient Buddhahood all depend on this very body, obtaining (leisure and endowment) is of great significance. If one does not obtain the essence this time, the loss will be very great, so leisure and endowment should become meaningful. Second, the instruction on the impermanence of life. In general, all compounded phenomena do not go beyond the four limits of impermanence, that is, the end of birth is death, the end of accumulation is dissipation, the end of union is separation, and the end of height is fall, so there is nothing in the world that is eternally existent. In particular, the life of beings is like a water bubble, and one does not know when one will die. At the time of death, power, wealth, authority, intelligence, medicine, mantras, etc., are of no help, and at that time, the only thing that is helpful is the excellent Dharma, so one should strive to practice the excellent Dharma from now on. Third, contemplating the faults of samsara. In general, no matter where one is born in the high or low realms of samsara, one does not go beyond the nature of the three sufferings. The Sutra on Mindfulness says, "Samsara is like the tip of a needle, happiness is never present." Just like this, and in particular, the heat and cold of hell, the hunger and thirst of pretas, the stupidity and muteness of animals, the birth, old age, sickness, and death of humans, the fighting of asuras, and the death and falling of gods, each of these unbearable sufferings will not be separated. No matter where one is born in the three realms, the body, possessions, dwelling place, and friends all become the nature of suffering, contemplating this, with strong weariness and renunciation, one turns one's mind towards liberation.
