Enemies who hate and obstacles that harm, demons that devour and spirits that destroy, may they be reduced to ashes in an instant! BHAYA! Strike this fierce and violent Torma weapon upon the enemies, haters, and harmful obstacles! BHAYA BHAYA, to the enemy who hates, BHAYA! BHAYA BHAYA, to the obstacle that harms, BHAYA! BHAYA BHAYA, to the demon that devours, BHAYA! BHAYA BHAYA, to the spirit that destroys, BHAYA! May the oath-breaking enemies and obstacles be reduced to ashes! May the seven generations be completely cut off from the root! Strike the sharp weapon upon the enemies and obstacles! May this fierce action be quickly accomplished! Thus, the guardian's Torma is thrown as a weapon. The sign that the tip of the Torma is blown back by the wind. BHAYA! Subduing the arrogant demons and summoning curses and evil words, visualize that all enemies and obstacles are completely eradicated! The sixteen general meanings are the essential points of the oath: BHAYA! From the past until now, the messengers of the Buddha's command, the oath-holding mothers and assemblies of Dakinis, the yogis who practice heat and guard the command, the Vajra, Ratna, Padma, and Karma families, likewise, the oceans of mothers and sisters of various lineages. When each one takes charge of their respective tasks, to protect the precious Buddha's teachings, to praise the glory of the Three Jewels, to help the oath-bound companions, to punish those who break their vows, to subdue the harmful enemies, obstacles, and spirits, to perform the actions of pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful, have you not failed to take the Torma of command? Have you not failed to accomplish the entrusted tasks? Have you not failed to increase the two kinds of Siddhis? Have you not failed to avert external and internal obstacles? As promised, without transgressing the oath, take this Torma adorned with vow substances! Take this offering of nectar and medicine! Take this red Rakta Argham! Take this outer, inner, and secret offering Torma! Urge the mind and fulfill the entrusted tasks! As promised, I offer to you, so as entrusted, quickly accomplish the actions!
