如是等，玛Ra雅 咕汝 咕汝 帕特。（藏文：མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཀུ་རུ་ཀུ་རུ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：मारय कुरु कुरु फट्，梵文罗马拟音：māraya kuru kuru phaṭ，汉语字面意思：杀 咕汝 咕汝 帕特。）黑豆、血肉、各种毒物、黑白芥末、三种辣椒、铜铁粉末等，以血浸染，作为猛烈的供品献出。之后，将息增怀三种火，各自平息。若无暇，则以业缘之水熄灭。猛烈的火焰毒物，用血水一举浇灭。息灭的灰烬，撒在房屋、田地、牲畜圈等处，或倒入河流中。增益的，藏在仓库等处。怀柔的，在山顶高处向风吹送。猛烈的，压在天地的三角处或道路的十字路口。如此则事业圆满。如是四座坛城，四份朵玛，四份食子，四种事业的火供，即是正行之十六种次第。之后，对前生度母的坛城众供养赞颂。取悉地是：嗡，至尊圣救度母众，开启具相之身门，瑜伽我等作供养，赐予不变身悉地。嘎雅 悉地 嗡。（藏文：ཀཱ་ཡ་སིདྡྷི་ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：काय सिद्धि ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：kāya siddhi oṃ，汉语字面意思：身 成就 嗡。）啊，至尊圣救度母众，开启梵音语之门，瑜伽我等作供养，赐予能力咒悉地。瓦嘎 悉地 啊。（藏文：ཝཱ་ཀ་སིདྡྷི་ཨཱ，梵文天城体：वाक सिद्धि आ，梵文罗马拟音：vāk siddhi ā，汉语字面意思：语 成就 啊。）吽，至尊圣救度母众，开启智悲意之门，瑜伽我等作供养，赐予光明心悉地。则达 悉地 吽。（藏文：ཙིཏྟ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：चित्त सिद्धि हुं，梵文罗马拟音：citta siddhi hūṃ，汉语字面意思：心 成就 吽。）如是念诵，前生坛城众之三处，放出白红蓝三光，融入自身与施主之三处，消除三门之疾病、魔障、罪障、邪魔、障碍等一切，思维获得身语意之悉地无余，享用青稞、糌粑、酒等各种悉地之物，忏悔罪过。嗡 班匝 吾德达 智慧尊与所依皆提至空中，誓言尊融入自身。念诵阿嘎若之咒，擦拭彩粉，安立食子之基。之后，开启食子之门，加持替身，供施于诸部多众，指示食子之路等，皆如通常仪轨。催送替身是：吽，安住于不可见虚空界，至尊圣救度母等，三根本诸佛无量众，慈悲心

Black beans, flesh and blood, various poisons, black and white mustard seeds, three kinds of chili peppers, copper and iron powder, etc., soaked in blood, are offered as fierce offerings. Afterwards, the fires of pacifying, increasing, and subjugating are each extinguished. If there is no time, extinguish them with water that is in accordance with the karma. The fierce fire poison is extinguished all at once with blood water. Scatter the ashes of pacification in houses, fields, livestock pens, etc., or pour them into rivers. Hide the increasing substances in storehouses, etc. Send the subjugating substances to the wind on high mountain peaks. The fierce substances are pressed down at the three corners of heaven and earth or at the crossroads of roads. In this way, the activity will be completed. Thus, four mandalas, four portions of torma, four portions of ransom offerings, and the fire offering of four activities are the sixteen stages of the main practice.
