The flame spreads downwards, entering the secret places. From there, it burns even more intensely, pervading all the channels and pores, and one contemplates the arising of inconceivable wisdom of warmth. Then, the flame touches the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) above the crown chakra, causing a stream of bliss to descend. In sequence, it enters the faces of the deities of the crown, throat, heart, navel, and secret places. The body is filled, and inconceivable great bliss wisdom arises. One obtains the four empowerments and the power of awareness. One contemplates that the vows of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activity are purified, and blessings are received. Each is stabilized with vase breathing. Finally, bodhicitta pervades the entire body mandala, and one contemplates obtaining the accomplishments of action and wisdom. In the state of inseparable bliss, wind, mind, and deity body, cutting off the elaborations of the three times, and holding the mind, the practice of non-conceptual bliss and warmth is complete. Second, training in the skill of the illusory body: With vase breathing and other breath control, one focuses the mind on the deities of the crown chakra. From them, light rays like rainbows, of the nature of fire, arise. Merely touching the deities of the body mandala, inseparable from melting bliss, they become like illusions, like rainbows. Again, that light pervades all containers and contents, and one focuses the mind on the clear appearance of the great bliss illusion dakini mandala. One concentrates the three, wind, mind, and heart, into one. Finally, all of that dissolves like a reflection disappearing when one breathes on a mirror, and the containers and contents, together with the base body, are gathered into luminosity. Again, one arises in the illusory body. Whatever appearances of enemies, friends, and neutrals arise, whatever thoughts of attachment, hatred, and delusion arise, one trains in the skill in the state of the illusory deity body, the self-image of a dream, and the inseparability of appearance and emptiness, and transforms it into the path. Third, manifesting clear light: With breath control and so forth, one focuses the mind on the deities of the heart chakra, and the retinue dissolves into the nature of great bliss. They dissolve into the main deity, and one focuses the mind on the very subtle blue A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A) syllable in the heart of the main deity. Relying on placing the three, wind, syllable, and mind, in a state of faintness, the coarse, subtle, and very subtle thoughts also cease, and awareness abides in the state of nakedly appearing in its uncorrected nature. By repeatedly familiarizing oneself in this way, just before falling asleep, one assumes the vajra posture and intensely focuses the concentration, and experiences will arise.

The wisdom of realization will arise. Fourth, the method of measuring dreams is: strongly desire that all appearances are dreams. When experience arises, practice the skill of the illusory body. In particular, before going to sleep, sit upright, and with breath control, focus on the deities of the throat, visualizing all the retinue dissolving into light, into the nature of bliss and clarity, dissolving into the main deity. Focus on the very subtle red bindu in the throat of the main deity, which has the nature of bliss and clarity. Think, "This is dreaming." Finally, focus solely on the bindu, and fall asleep with gentle breath, and first, the dream will be recognized as desired. Then, mix it with the illusory body and arise as the deity's form. Mix it with clear light and remain in a non-conceptual state. Mix it with emanation and transformation, and learn to see the pure lands, etc. Fifth, the practice of transference is: inside the central channel, four fingers below the navel, above where it is tightly blocked by a moon disc like a bamboo joint, focus on the white bindu, the nature of awareness. The nature of wind appears as a blue hue, pulsating and shimmering. Once focused, by the urging of breath control, visualize the deities of the secret place, together with wind and rays of light, rising intensely, touching the bottom of the moon disc as a condition, the bindu leaping upwards. Visualize the main deities of the four chakras rotating counterclockwise, dissolving into the heart of the Buddha Dakini at the crown of the head. Move the lower wind, exhale the upper wind, and turn the eyes upwards. Mix wind and mind, and remain in equanimity. Again, say "ཨ་(藏文,अ,a,无)", and visualize the bindu moving downwards, resting heavily in the navel. Practice repeatedly in this way, striving until signs appear. When applying it in action, visualize that at the same time as the bindu rises, the base body, together with the deity, dissolves into the Buddha Dakini. From the Brahma hole, like an open window, go to the pure land of the Dakinis as a bird flies, and remain in equanimity in the awareness without gathering or scattering. Sixth, the practice of the bardo is: think that all appearances are the state of the bardo. When experience arises from this, focus on oneself as Vajravarahi, inseparable from the wind-mind of the bardo, together with the deities of the mandala, and thereby,
