The practice of the two stages of continuous yoga, including the preliminaries, from the Dakini Secret Gathering. Tennyi Yungdrung Lingpa. The practice of the two stages of continuous yoga, including the preliminaries, from the Dakini Secret Gathering. Tennyi Yungdrung Lingpa. From the Dakini Secret Gathering. The continuous yoga of the two stages, including the preliminaries, is present. Namo Guru Vajravarahi! The practice of continuous yoga of the Dakini Secret Gathering has two parts: taming the continuum and taking it into practice. The first has three parts: common mind training, uncommon preliminaries, and especially bestowing blessings. The first is: In a secluded place, on a comfortable seat, exhale three times and think like this: It is difficult to obtain the leisure and endowment, and it is impermanent, so one must quickly enter the holy Dharma. The root of Dharma is to properly accept and reject cause and effect, and all places of samsara are not free from the three natures of suffering, so generate a strong mind of renunciation. The second has four parts: First, the foundation of the path, taking refuge: In a pure place, visualize a vast realm, and in the sky in front, on a lotus, sun, and corpse seat, the root guru is the Bhagavan Vajrakrodha Black Mother, with a complete appearance, the fire of wisdom blazing, and in the midst of inconceivable light, residing in the nature of the gathering of all refuges, and all sentient beings, self and others, generate strong devotion with the thought that you know what to do. Namo! I and all beings of the three realms, take refuge in the Three Jewels, please bless us, the Three Roots, please bless us, may we abide in the nature of the Three Kayas. Recite this as much as possible. Second, the root of the Great Vehicle, generating the mind of enlightenment: In order to place all sentient beings, parents of the six realms, who constantly experience suffering in the terrifying ocean of samsara, on the ground of Buddhahood, enter this profound and secret quick path, may I quickly attain unsurpassed enlightenment. For the sake of placing all sentient beings on the ground of Buddhahood, I will diligently practice the generation and recitation of the Dakini, and offerings and praises. Recite this three times, etc. Third, eliminating obstacles and sins.

Fifth: Ah! On the lotus and moon seat on my crown, The kind root guru himself, In the form of Vajrasattva's body, White and clear, holding vajra and bell, Adorned with silk, jewels, and bone ornaments, Embraced by the joyful consort holding a curved knife and skull cup, In the posture of vajra lotus full lotus position, Residing in the expanse of wisdom light. At the heart, on the moon, a white and clear Hūṃ, Surrounded by the mantra of the hundred syllables, Thinking of all the Sugatas, The blessings of speech gathered here. Thus, having clearly visualized the support for confessing sins and downfalls, With remorse for past misdeeds, And with a strong vow not to do them again in the future, Om! Lama Palden Dorje Sempa, Have mercy on me, the protectorless! From beginningless lifetimes, Until now, All sins, downfalls, and karmas accumulated, I confess with intense remorse. If I vow not to do them again in the future, Grant the great accomplishment of purity! Having prayed thus, from the seed syllable and mantra garland at the heart, a stream of nectar descends like a waterfall, Coming from the union, Entering from my own Brahma's aperture, Filling all inside the body, Thinking that all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and downfalls are purified without remainder, Recite the hundred-syllable mantra as much as possible. Finally, having been given the blessing of purifying sins and obscurations, visualize the Vajrasattva father and mother dissolving into oneself, and remain in a state of non-distraction and non-grasping. Fourth, accumulating favorable conditions and gathering accumulations: The refuge field previously meditated upon is made into a field of merit. Om Ah Hum! (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् आः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om Ah Hum) Mount Meru, the four continents, and the iron fence, A hundred million billion realms of the three thousand great thousands, Inconceivable wealth and enjoyments of all desires, Offered to the Nirmanakaya of the Lama. All aggregates, elements, and sense bases, Self-arisen, spontaneously accomplished, wish-fulfilling treasure, Unfathomable arrangement, adorned with qualities, Offered to the Sambhogakaya of the Lama. The nature of reality is primordially pure, Unchanging awareness, five lights arise, All-pervading clouds of offerings of samsara and nirvana, Offered to the Dharmakaya of the Lama. Lama, the three kayas, all the deities, Having been greatly pleased with uncontaminated bliss, Grant me and all sentient beings, The accomplishment of perfecting the two accumulations. Om Guru Sarva Tathagata Ratna Mandala Puja Ho! Thus, offering the wealth and enjoyments of the outer world, The inner self, aggregates, and elements, The secret, the indivisibility of the nature of reality and awareness, in the form of a mandala, all the Lamas and refuge places
