无别混合而平等安住。与实或意的明妃之乐混合，修持乐空无别。最终，将具乐之明点精华，收摄于心间中央之不坏明点阿字（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿），安住于无为，以三种混合之力令其精通。此外，如经中所说：无论何时何地，六识之显现如何生起，皆不执著于境，不分别于有境，显现与觉性无别，内外通彻广大，如是念诵。虽境之显现未断绝，然显现不染于觉性；虽觉性之界限未失坏，然觉性不系缚于自性。无论能取所取之戏论如何生起，其自性亦不离离戏之状态，此乃自性大圆满之甚深密道，故应于三时及无时中修持。如是依教奉行，为于轮涅无别光明大圆满之地任运成就之方便而精进。如是，为易于携带而汇集常修心要之精髓，由不死教二雍仲林巴从伏藏经文中取出，书于宗肖德谢杜贝颇章大殿，愿善妙增长！萨瓦芒嘎拉姆！（梵文天城体：सर्व मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥！） 空行秘密总集之前行及二次第常修瑜伽。教二雍仲林巴。

Mix without separation and rest in equality. Mix with the bliss of a vidyādhara, whether actual or mental, and cultivate indivisible bliss and emptiness. Finally, gather the essence of the bliss-filled bindu into the indestructible bindu A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：A) in the center of the heart, and rest in non-action, mastering the three mixtures. Furthermore, as it says in the text itself: At all times and in all ways, whatever arises in the appearance of the six aggregates, do not grasp at the object, do not conceptualize the subject. By repeating that appearance and awareness are inseparable, completely transparent inside and out, although the appearance of the object does not cease, the appearance does not stain the awareness. Although the boundary of awareness is not lost, awareness is not bound to its essence. No matter how the proliferation of grasping and being grasped arises, its essence does not depart from the state of non-proliferation. This is the profound secret path of the Great Perfection of self-nature, so practice it at all times, in the three times and in no time. As instructed, practice accordingly, striving for the means to spontaneously accomplish the ground of indivisible samsara and nirvana, the Great Perfection of luminosity. Thus, in order to easily carry and gather the essence of essential daily practice, it was extracted from the treasure texts by Immortal Tennyi Yungdrung Lingpa and written in the great palace of Dzongshö Deshek Düpai Phodrang.
