དཀར་མོ༔ 风和气息的界，敌害扰乱所致的一切疾病、邪魔、损害，于动摇之界，誓言度母啊！虚空和心识的界，敌害扰乱所致的一切疾病、邪魔、损害，于显现之界，认知为金刚界自在母，念诵并获得稳固！总而言之，无论内外的元素扰乱所致的疾病、邪魔、诅咒、驱逐等，出现任何障碍和阻碍，都要生起意念的坚定，并且将一切都认知为智慧五母的自性，如刹那间空明无为一般，安住于此！缓和气息！ 混合界与觉性，安住于平等！此时，外五大元素，五光的精华，融入内五大元素，肉、血、暖、息、心识的界中！这些刹那间显现为五界自在母的形象！于此专注觉性，转化为五光蕴！观想彻底清净，融入智慧的界中，生起意念并唱诵吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）之显现歌，对于一切无法忍受的，都以践踏来对待，从而使恶缘转为道用！障碍转为成就！恶兆变为助伴，成为一切回遮中的殊胜！也要用语言来阐明这样的意义：吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！由地元素所生的违逆之缘和，血肉之界的疾病、邪魔、障碍等，以显空无别的金刚大橛，回遮至贞洁女的坚固之界！由水元素所生的违逆之缘和，血液之界的疾病、邪魔、障碍等，以觉空无别的善逝大橛，回遮至贞洁女的湿润之界！由火元素所生的违逆之缘和，暖热之界的疾病、邪魔、障碍等，以明空无别的莲花大橛，回遮至贞洁女的焚烧之界！由风元素 所生的违逆之缘和，气息之界的疾病、邪魔、障碍等，以乐空无别的业力大橛，回遮至贞洁女的动摇之界！由虚空元素所生的违逆之缘和，心识之界的疾病、邪魔、障碍等，以忆空无别的法界大橛，回遮至贞洁女的显现之界！嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡） 卓谛 达吉尼 萨瓦 萨玛雅 蓝 班

All the diseases, evil spirits, and harms caused by the disturbance of the elements of sky and mind, in the realm of appearance, recognize as the sovereign mother of the Vajra realm, recite and gain stability! In short, no matter what obstacles and interruptions arise from the disturbance of the elements, diseases, evil spirits, curses, expulsions, etc., whether internal or external, generate the firmness of intention, and recognize everything as the nature of the five wisdom mothers, like an uncompounded moment of emptiness and clarity, and abide in it! Subdue the subtle wind! Mix the realm and awareness, and rest in equanimity! At this time, the five external elements, the essence of the five lights, dissolve into the five internal elements, the realms of flesh, blood, warmth, breath, and mind! These instantly manifest as the forms of the five realm sovereign mothers! Focus awareness on this, and it transforms into a mass of five lights! Contemplate that it is completely purified and dissolves into the realm of wisdom, generate intention and sing the song of manifestation of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), and treat everything unbearable as trampling, thereby transforming adverse conditions into the path!
