The drawing of the wheel in the middle of the effigy, draw it as it is drawn. The writing of the key letters is the same as chapter eight, chapter fifteen. Tortoises, tigers, lions, etc., place them in their respective hearts and skulls. If there is a stupa foundation, then also in the killing chamber under Mount Meru. Place the sum and individual of the killing wheel in the middle. If there is no stupa foundation, or if you do any of the six activities, if you cannot find their respective skulls, will everything be cut off? Place it in the skull of a butcher. It is necessary, if their respective hearts cannot be found, also place it in the heart of a butcher. It is also acceptable. Also, wrap the effigy with blue-red dead hair, and place it in the heart. Place the heart in the middle of the wheel mantra head, outer on top, inner on bottom. Place those wheels in the skull. Place the skull in ཨེ (Tibetan, Devanagari, E, Romanized Sanskrit, E, seed syllable). Placing it like this is the oral instruction. Recite the mantra for three weeks, reciting and striking for three days and three nights. Drive an iron or hard wood peg into the heart of the effigy. On those effigies, sometimes the messengers perform summoning. The mantra is the self-killing mantra, ཨེ་མྱགས་གརྦྷ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, e myaks garbha, Romanized Sanskrit, e myaks garbha, Alas! Rotten womb!) etc., this mantra and, place it at the place of subduing arrogance.
