Whatever is needed, all the necessary implements should be fully prepared. Furthermore, food, drinks, and various grains and wealth should be available without exception. At the outer edge of all these, a black iron fence should be constructed. Outside of that, various kinds of sorcery substances should be prepared, such as offering tor-zor, blood-zor, arrow-zor, egg-zor, stone-zor, stake-zor, mustard seed curse-zor, and so on. All the inner and outer offerings should be fully and extensively arranged. Gatherings, offerings, birds, and sheep sacrifices, as well as various substances, should be arranged. The outer surroundings of the torma should be beautifully adorned with cemetery items, either painted or sculpted. On top of the torma, a silk banner should be erected, and a precious umbrella should be raised. Outside the torma, the seven royal emblems, the eight auspicious symbols, the eight emblems, and so on, should be arranged. The inner, outer, and secret goddesses, and the offerings of the world realm, should be surrounded without exception. Such a great torma, endowed with vows, will accomplish nine wishes, and is the supreme method for approaching and accomplishing. The stages of meditation are as follows: Visualize yourself as the clear yidam deity, and from the seed syllable at your heart, the three syllables (Tibetan: རཾ་ཡཾ་ཁཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं यं खं, Sanskrit Romanization: ram yam kham, Literal Chinese Meaning: Rang, Yang, Kang) radiate, burning, purifying, and cleansing all the impurities of the torma. From the syllable (Tibetan: ཏྲཱཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्रాం, Sanskrit Romanization: trām, Literal Chinese Meaning: Zha) arise Mount Meru, and by reciting (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཏྲཱཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं हूँ त्रాం ह्रीः आः, Sanskrit Romanization: om hum tram hrih ah, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om Hum Tram Hrih Ah), the four continents are generated. Above, a magnificent palace arises, and the deities are generated as described in the twenty-fourth chapter of the deity mandala generation ritual. Recite (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं आः हूँ स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: om ah hum svaha, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om Ah Hum Svaha). Transform various favorable desirable qualities into a rain of nectar, bestowing blessings. Inviting, offering, praising, and so on, should also be done as described in the twenty-fourth chapter. Entrust whatever benefits or harms are desired, and by praying to eliminate epidemics, all will be accomplished. If you wish to accomplish great deeds, it will also be accomplished. Once this is completed, at the time of thanksgiving, this great torma, upon the vows, at the time of giving, after the meditation and mantra, whatever activity you wish to accomplish, tie the hair braid, turn whatever you desire, and it will surely fulfill your wishes. In this way, this great torma should always be held as a pledge and support, and offerings and tormas should be offered, and mantras should be recited. Especially on the auspicious days of the third, eighth, fifteenth, twenty-fifth, and twenty-ninth.
