Thus, bless the objects of oath and entrust the activities, surely accomplishing all desired tasks. So it is. Then, subdue the self-inflicted death of those who break their vows, and at the time of fierceness, entrust the activities: It is said that the Rakshasa woman loosens her hair, making terrifying shadow sounds, or when the enemy's wandering spirit is at the very depth of midnight, bless the red Torma of flesh and blood, and urge fiercely with these words: Dza Bhio Ya! The glorious body is the inseparable, spontaneous union with the consort, the Mamo Dakini, the mistress of the five elements, three faces, six arms, four legs in a stretched and bent posture, I prostrate and praise the father and mother, the inseparable union of skillful means and wisdom! On the crown of the head is the Garuda, in the throat is the glory of Hayagriva, in the heart is Vajrakumara, at the waist is Vajrapani emitting light, the secret place is adorned with the executioner of Yama, all complete with the nine burning dances, subduing the arrogant, the body is a flesh-eater, destroying pride, taming the wicked, the speech is a fierce mantra, rays of light emitting "tsa tsa" in all ten directions, the mind is without birth or death, cutting the boundaries of samsara, nirvana, and hell, gathering all beings of the three realms and the three existences into one's power, perform the activity of overpowering pride, perform the activity of delighting the oath-bound, subdue, oppress, and liberate enemies and obstacles.
