At the end of these, recite "Om, may it be accomplished," and scatter flowers as appropriate for the empowerment of implements. Seventh, the mantra empowerment is bestowed and the command is entrusted: Oneself, the front, and the disciples are all visualized as the fierce Lion-faced One. From the heart of the lama and the front generation, the mantra garlands of the three activities of approach, accomplishment, and action, in the form of the vowels and consonants of the Tibetan alphabet, radiate out like a continuous thread from the mouth. Visualize them entering the mouth of the disciple, who is visualized as the deity, and at the heart, visualize the seed syllable blue Hum surrounded by the fierce mantras rotating counterclockwise, and repeat these mantras after me. Entrust the raksha or skull garland, and all the mantras of the outer, inner, and secret accomplishments, or the peaceful approach and the fourteen fierce mantras of the abbreviated action manual, have them recited three times each. Focus your mind on the blue Hum syllable in the heart of the Lion-faced Mother who subdues demons. Entrust the mantra rosary to the throat and hands, Hum! (ཧཱུྃ，Devanagari: हुं，Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum!) Fortunate son of the lineage, by bestowing the mantra empowerment upon your speech, the vowels and consonants of the Tibetan alphabet mantras transform.
