Ra te. May the practice of recitation and accomplishment be perfected. Oṃ baṃ siṃha ḍākinī hari nisa siddhi phala hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཾ་སིཾ་ཧ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ baṃ siṃha ḍākinī hari nisa siddhi phala hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，班，狮子，空行母，哈日尼萨，成就，果，吽). Kāyavākacitta abhiṣiñca hūṃ. It is said that whatever of the four activities one undertakes, it will be accomplished without obstruction, having received the empowerment of the heart essence mantra that combines all secret mantras, knowledge mantras, and dharani mantras. From the Sky Iron Thunderbolt Lineage: Since its essence is a neuter letter, It combines all dharani mantras, knowledge mantras, and secret mantras. Since its definition is the Sky Iron Thunderbolt Lineage, Whatever it is applied to, it is like an unobstructed diamond. Its form is for averting heretics and sorcery, Averting all outer and inner sorcery without obstruction. Its division is into fourteen letters, Combining the heroes and dakinis mentioned above. Its boundary is both transcendent and non-transcendent, Accomplishing both action and wisdom. Its condensed meaning is the life force of the all-encompassing, demon-subduing wrathful one, Combining countless dakinis, secret mantras, and knowledge mantras. Its sections are A Ka Sa Ma Ra Tsa, six, Transcendent, the life mantra of jñana. Sha Da Ra Sa Ma Ra Ya, seven, The heart essence of the loka ḍāka and ḍākinī. PHAṬ (藏文：ཕཊཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：啪!) is all non-dual and supreme. Therefore, it is the instruction of the wrathful dakini. The benefits of this are beyond words, Merely having this in mind, Increases auspiciousness and lineage, and averts evil influences. Merely reciting this, Averts curses and destroys sorcery, blood vomiting. Merely reciting this and clapping the palms, Averts enemy armies, and the hating enemy dies. Merely reciting this and clarifying the generation stage, Arrogant servants and female slaves become servants. Merely reciting this and remembering the dakinis, One can employ gods, demons, and the eight classes as servants. Merely wearing this on the body, Transcendent and non-transcendent mamos and dakinis gather. Merely praying to this, Life, merit, activity, and power arise. Merely reciting and accomplishing this, All worldly arrogance becomes an ally. If one completes one recitation and accomplishment of this, One becomes the lord of the earth in this southern Jambudvipa. With two recitations, one becomes a universal monarch over the four continents. With three recitations, one gains power over everything up to the peak of existence. With four recitations, one becomes equal to the demon-subduer himself. One attains Buddhahood and, to the extent of the sky, Becomes the lama who guides all sentient beings. This

Its power, merit, and strength cannot be expressed or exhausted by the vajra tongue. As it is said, having received the empowerment of mantras and the teachings with benefits, from now on, you are authorized to uphold the wrathful Lion-faced One, who subdues demons, as your yidam and to recite mantras. Then, hand the scripture to him and say: Hūṃ! Fortunate son of the lineage, may you receive the complete mantra empowerment for your body. May you transform into the form of the Lion-faced Ḍākinī, and may you become an indestructible vajra, free from birth and death. May your speech possess the power of wrathful mantras, and may your mind be capable of accomplishing the activities of the Ḍākinīs. May your qualities and activities be perfected, and may you be empowered as the representative of the Three Roots. May you guide beings to be tamed through the four means of attraction, and may you protect the teachings by perfecting the two benefits. Scatter flowers and say: Oṃ, may it be accomplished! May all the empowerments and blessings of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the wrathful Lion-faced Ḍākinī be infused into your being! May you be steadfast! Recite the root mantra, vowels, consonants, ye-dharma, etc. Oṃ su-pratiṣṭha vajrāya svāhā! (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) Scatter flowers and make it firm. Thus, since you have been granted the permission of the mantra of the wrathful Lion-faced One who subdues demons, and the teachings of the Dharma, you have been installed as the representative of the guru, yidam, and Ḍākinīs. Therefore, may you uphold, maintain, and propagate the teachings of the Buddha, and may you accomplish the vast benefit of yourself and others through the four means of attraction! The mantra empowerment and the teachings are both extremely important, so do not give them to anyone you wish, except for the sworn disciples of the lineage and those who abide in recitation and practice, otherwise you will experience opposition. Likewise, the essence of your own mind, emptiness, is the Dharmakāya; its nature, clarity, is the Sambhogakāya; it is primordially united, and depending on the conditions of those to be tamed, various compassionate Nirmāṇakāyas appear, but recognize that they are inseparable, the nature of the Ḍākinīs in the realm of wisdom. Hūṃ! Fortunate son of the lineage, the mind empowerment is bestowed upon you. In the empty sky of your own mind, the rosary of mindfulness circles like the Ḍākinīs. Abide in all kinds of appearances. This is known as the Ḍākinī. You should practice with certainty.
