衮噶桑波听闻。对此，精通且证得成就的圣士，恩德深重的上师，精通一切佛语的绛巴曲吉尼玛听闻。特别是此诀窍不共传承的历史是：证悟者南喀桑杰衮波，他出生在属于大寺吉祥乃宁的辖区内。在乃宁精进闻思修等时，得了严重的麻风病，非常痛苦和难过。当时，他有一位关系亲近的道友，建议说：“听说对于这样的痛苦，修持狮面空行母有帮助，最好向堪布座前请示。”他听后便去请示，修持了十四字明咒，本以为会好转，结果反而更加严重。之后他心想，即使住在这个寺庙里，如果麻风病治不好，也无法融入僧众。不如去其他地方，即使身体不适，也能轻松自在，不用担心处理尸体。于是，他将所有的财产供养给僧众，前往香雄赞布方向。在赞布的一个山洞里，他半死不活地专修狮面空行母，但麻风病不仅没有好转，反而生活也越来越困难，非常痛苦。一天晚上，他在梦中梦见一位比其他女人身材稍大的女子出现，对他说：“你住在这里麻风病不会好的，不要住在这里，去名叫塔纳的山谷吧，那里会有很大的成就。”说完像彩虹一样消失了。之后，他醒来后观察这个梦的征兆，心想我的病可能会好，无论如何都要去寻找塔纳。于是他进入香雄境内，向遇到的每个人询问塔纳在哪里，但没有人知道。一天晚上，他疲惫不堪，睡在一个城市的巷口，感觉麻风病的疼痛和瘙痒减轻了，稍微舒服了一些。他在睡梦中梦见之前的女子出现，说：“明天就能找到塔纳了。”说完就消失了。之后他醒来。

Kunga Sangpo heard. To this, the holy person who is learned and has attained accomplishments, the kind and virtuous lama, Jampa Chokyi Nyima, who speaks extensively on the teachings, heard. In particular, the unique history of this instruction is: Realized Namkha Sangye Gonpo was born in a place belonging to the great monastery of Pal Nying. While studying and practicing at Nying, he contracted a severe case of leprosy, causing him great suffering and distress. At that time, he had a close Dharma friend who suggested, "It is said that practicing Simhamukha is helpful for such suffering. It would be best to ask the Khenpo for permission." He listened to this advice and requested permission. He practiced the fourteen-syllable mantra, hoping to improve, but instead, his condition worsened significantly. Then he thought, "Even if I stay in this monastery, if this disease does not heal, I will not be able to integrate into the community. It would be better to go to another region. Even if my body is not well, I can be at ease and not worry about disposing of my corpse." So, he offered all his possessions to the Sangha and traveled towards Shang Zambu. In a hermitage in Zambu, he practiced Simhamukha exclusively, half-dead, but the leprosy did not improve. Moreover, his means of sustenance were exhausted, and he was in great distress. One night, in a dream, a woman who was slightly larger than other women appeared and said, "You will not be cured of leprosy by staying here. Do not stay here, but go to a valley called Takna. There, great accomplishments will come." After speaking, she disappeared like a rainbow. After waking up, he considered the omen of this dream and thought, "My illness may be cured." In any case, he decided to go and search for Takna. So he entered Shang and asked everyone he met where Takna was, but no one knew. One night, he was exhausted and slept in the alleyway of a city. He felt the pain and itching of leprosy subside, and he felt a little better. In his dream, the previous woman appeared and said, "Tomorrow, you will find Takna." Then she disappeared. After that, he woke up.

A young woman came with a full bowl of thukpa and a piece of tsampa dough, and said to the doctor, "You are sick and tired, please take this. Where did you come from?" Asking this, she gave it to him. He told her in detail that he was from Nening and that this time he was looking for Tagna. The woman said, "Doctor, haven't you found Tagna?" she asked him. I said, "I haven't found it, I'm exhausted, so I'm staying here. Do you know anything about it? Tell me." The woman suddenly burst out laughing. "The doctor is staying in Tagna and looking for Tagna, that's ridiculous." Saying that, she left. After that, Your Holiness practiced diligently there, but the leprosy not only did not improve, but became even more severe, and he was very disappointed. One night, in a dream, the previous woman came and said, "In the mountain col above here, there is a cave that indicates direction, go there, and the accomplishment will be obtained there." Saying that, she disappeared like a rainbow. After that, Your Holiness asked the local people, they said, "We don't know about the cave before, you should look for it yourself." No one said anything. Searching for it, he couldn't find it. The woman who gave tsampa the day before came and said, "Doctor, you are not feeling well, it seems you can't stay any longer." I said, "I'm staying, I'm staying, I heard there is a cave that indicates direction here, so I'm looking for it." The woman said, "Oh, it's over there." She said angrily and said a lot of rude words, and suddenly her body became numb and the joy in her heart disappeared. Staying in that cave, the pain was very severe, almost fainting. After that, holding a very large torch, accompanied by light, noise, and thunder, it was very huge. In an instant, the Supreme Mother Lion-faced Dakini, the five Buddha families, surrounded by hundreds of thousands of retinues, appeared before his eyes, and in that instant, the heavy body of flesh and blood, merged into the Tsog Offering Mandala. His mind lost consciousness, and he fainted for a moment. When he woke up and looked, his body had become beautiful, the nature of pus and blood, disease and demonic obstacles
