For the swift granting of accomplishments, I request the presence of the father, mother, sons, and retinue. From the surrounding corridors of the great mandala, I request the presence of the ocean of Vajrakila guardians and oath-bound ones. Vajra Samaya Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Ho (藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོ，梵文天城体：वज्र समय जः हुं वं हो，梵文罗马拟音：vajra samaya jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ ho，Vajra Commitment Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Ho). Ninth, the request to abide: Hūṃ! Wrathful King, father, mother, sons, and retinue, in order to accomplish the benefit of beings through skillful conduct, the inseparability of skillful means and wisdom, like water poured into water, I request the father, mother, and retinue to joyfully abide. In order to subdue all the malice of the three realms, in order to destroy all pride and attachment, to the assembly of Vajra Rakshasa deities and retinue, with non-dual one-pointedness, I respectfully prostrate. Deities of the victorious mandala, Vajrakila, swiftly granting accomplishments, outer, inner, and secret, the Samantabhadra cloud of offerings, I offer: flowers, lamps, incense, food, musical instruments, etc., forms, sounds, smells, tastes, touches, dharmas, etc., the ocean of five desires' offering clouds, the uninterrupted stream of great bliss Bodhicitta, inseparable from skillful means and wisdom, this immeasurable supreme secret offering cloud, to the deities of the victorious mandala, Vajrakila, to the ocean of Vidyadharas, accomplished ones, and three roots, I respectfully offer, may accomplishments descend like rain.
