Adorned with ornaments, with reverence arising from the thought that the master is inseparable from the main deity of the mandala, please repeat this supplication. Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ)! The secret mandala is unsurpassed, The place where great accomplishments arise, In this Vajra secret mandala, Heruka is the lord of action, Please ripen me, Grant me the Vajra of existence. After requesting this three times, The master replies: From the command of the Vajra secret, Any sinful person who transgresses, If vows are broken, the great wrathful one, Will shatter their head into a hundred pieces. If vows are not broken, then supreme accomplishment, By merely seeing this secret mandala, All accomplishments will be obtained, And you will accomplish the four activities. Thus he speaks. Therefore, first it is necessary to purify the mind stream and be a suitable vessel. To the assembly of deities of the three forms of the mandala, the three roots of all directions and times, and all the Buddhas, abiding like a dense cloud, together with all beings pervading space, with the thought of taking refuge, please repeat this: Namo (Tibetan, Devanagari: नमः, Romanized Sanskrit: namaḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Homage)! Guru, deities, and all the Buddhas, And the assembly of the ocean of holy ones, I and all sentient beings, With body, speech, and mind, respectfully take refuge. Three times. For the sake of all mother sentient beings wandering in samsara, I will accomplish the state of the great glorious Vajrakumara. Therefore, generating the mind to request the profound maturing empowerment and to study the two stages of the path, please repeat this: Alas! For the sake of liberating all beings, In the mandala of the action Vajrakila, For the sake of uprooting samsara from its depths, I generate the four immeasurables. Three times. In front of those assembly fields, taking accumulation and purification as the essence, please repeat this eight-limbed confession: Vajra master, Samyaksambuddha, Abiding in the three times, I prostrate. The basis for relying on the Three Jewels, With a non-dual mind, I take refuge. Actual offerings and those emanated by the mind, Please accept these pure offerings. Obstacles that cut off the river of accomplishments, I confess all misdeeds. The pure Dharma of the ten directions and three spheres, I rejoice in non-attached conduct. 于菩萨前，献上清净三身。累世所积之善，汇聚回向无上菩提。密咒之根本，别解脱戒律，正道菩提心之学处，心髓持明咒之誓言，一切受持后如法守护，如是思念，请复诵此句。如昔日之诸佛菩萨，持明空行无量大海众，如何受持无边誓言之大海， 今日本尊亦步入此大道，为利有情故受持彼等。三遍。其后，交付高一拃之带结索之树枝，首尾不颠倒，带花，于坛城上陈设五部佛像，或于前方排列五堆青稞。为观察成就之兆，伴随此句之复诵，请将树枝抛掷于青稞堆之坛城中。吽 (ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马转写：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)！为观察殊胜智慧金刚之，征兆与相，以此修法之树枝抛掷，愿与业及慈悲相应之，征兆与相显现，赐予殊胜之成就！嗡 班匝 哈哈 吽 (ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཧ་ས་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र हस ह，梵文罗马转写：oṃ vajra hasa hā，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，笑，哈)！如是抛掷。如是抛掷之树枝顶端指向四方，为息增怀诛四业。指向四隅，为小成就。若指向上方与下方，则说能成就空行与地行之成就。其后，于护身绳上打金刚结，以根本咒加持。为守护障碍，请将此金刚护身线，系于男子右臂与女子左臂。吽 (ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马转写：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)！此具足五种智慧之护身线，具足不变金刚三，以此系于汝之臂膀上，愿能战胜障碍魔军！嗡 班匝 亚叉 吽 (ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཡཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र यक्ष हुं，梵文罗马转写：oṃ vajra yakṣa hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，夜叉，吽)！如是作金刚印。其后， 上师将金刚杵置于三处（额、喉、心），吽 (ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马转写：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)！金刚忿怒断除嗔恨，汝已完全显现，三密之誓言，若此等违犯，则罪过极大，汝将成为大堕罪者，故当如生命般守护誓言，如大恩上师所教诫，不违越誓言，如是思念，请复诵此誓言。班匝 萨玛雅 纳 惹 嘎纳 (བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ན་ར་ཀན，梵文天城体：वज्र समय नरक，梵文罗马转写：vajra samaya naraka，汉语字面意思：金刚，誓言，地狱)！如是令其念诵。

To the Bodhisattva, I offer the body of the three purities. May the virtues accumulated through countless lifetimes be gathered and dedicated to supreme enlightenment. The foundation of secret mantra, the vows of individual liberation, the path of the Bodhisattva's training, the essence of the Vidyadhara's mantra vows, having taken all of these, I shall protect them properly. Thinking thus, please repeat after me. Just as the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the past, and the immeasurable ocean of Vidyadharas and Dakinis, have held the boundless ocean of vows, Today, I also enter this great path, and for the benefit of beings, I shall hold them. Three times. Then, hand over a cubit-high twig with a knot, not upside down, with flowers, and arrange the five Buddha families on the mandala, or arrange five heaps of barley in front. In order to examine the signs of accomplishment, along with the repetition of these words, please throw the twig into the center of the barley heap mandala. Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马转写：hūṃ，literal meaning: Hūṃ)! In order to examine the signs and marks of the supreme wisdom vajra, by throwing this twig of practice, may the signs and marks that are in accordance with karma and compassion appear, and may excellent accomplishments be bestowed! Oṃ Vajra Hāsa Hā (ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཧ་ས་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र हस ह，梵文罗马转写：oṃ vajra hasa hā，literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Laugh, Ha)! Thus, throw it. If the tip of the twig thrown in this way points to the four directions, it indicates the four activities. If it points to the corners, it indicates minor accomplishments. If it points upwards and downwards, it is said that the accomplishments of sky-goers and earth-goers will be achieved. Then, make a vajra knot on the protection cord, and bless it with the root mantra. In order to protect against obstacles, please tie this vajra thread of protection on the right arm of a man and the left arm of a woman. Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马转写：hūṃ，literal meaning: Hūṃ)! This protection cord endowed with the five wisdoms, is endowed with the three immutable vajras. By tying it on your arm, may you be victorious over obstacles and demons! Oṃ Vajra Yakṣa Hūṃ (ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཡཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र यक्ष हुं，梵文罗马转写：oṃ vajra yakṣa hūṃ，literal meaning: Om, Vajra, Yaksha, Hūṃ)! Thus, seal with the vajra. Then, The lama places the vajra in the three places (forehead, throat, heart), Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马转写：hūṃ，literal meaning: Hūṃ)! The wrathful vajra cuts off hatred, the vows of the three secrets, you have completely manifested, if all these are violated, then the fault is very great, you will become a great transgressor, therefore, protect the vows like your life. As the great and glorious lama has instructed, do not transgress the vows, thinking thus, please repeat this oath. Vajra Samaya Naraka (བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ན་ར་ཀན，梵文天城体：वज्र समय नरक，梵文罗马转写：vajra samaya naraka，literal meaning: Vajra, Samaya, Naraka)! Thus, have them recite.
