Meditate like this: The essence of one's own mind, in the emptiness devoid of the duality of grasping and being grasped, from that, for the sake of sentient beings who do not realize this, from the state of immeasurable great compassion, arises the body of the great glorious Heruka Vajrakumara. The body is dark blue-black, with three faces, six arms, and four legs, standing in a throwing posture, trampling on the lotus sun and moon seat, crushing the male and female Rudra. The right face is white, the left face is red, and the middle face is blue. The nine eyes glare in anger, with a wrathful expression, bared four fangs. The hair is dark brown, bristling upwards, adorned with a crown of five dry skulls and a necklace of fifty fresh skulls, decorated with snakes and bones. Of the six arms, the two right hands hold a five-pronged vajra, the two left hands brandish a blazing khatvanga, and the last two hands entwine Mount Meru with a phurba. Adorned with the ten ornaments of glory, such as vajra wings. Decorated with the eight charnel ground ornaments, embraced by the consort Chakreshvari, holding an utpala flower and a red conch. In the midst of blazing flames of wisdom, generate firm pride in the body that appears but is without inherent existence. To that, offer the five kinds of offerings, and visualize.
