From the swirling mandala, the twelve guardians of Vajrakilaya, come here and enjoy the torma of adornment, receive this command torma, and accomplish the entrusted task. This is to urge the oath-bound ones to action: Hūṃ! The time of the great oath has come, the time to unleash power has come, the time of great emanation..., the time of the great mudra..., the time of the animal face..., the time of the great self..., the time of the great earth lord..., the time of your oath..., the time to unleash power has come. We yogis and practitioners, generating the supreme bodhicitta, are the lineage of the Buddhas of the three times. To me, the vidyadhara yogi, may the harmful and malicious enemies and obstacles, the demons and obstructors, those who steal siddhis and harm, by the blessing of the great wrathful one, be captured here in an instant, and may the wrathful actions be performed according to the Dharma, and may their bodies and speech be shattered into dust, and may they experience suffering. In the command of the secret Vajra, whoever is a sinner who transgresses, may the powerful great wrathful one, shatter their head into a hundred pieces. Listen, you hosts of obstacles and false guides, do not transgress my command. The third is the pronouncement of punishment: Hūṃ! In the first eon of the past, from the palace of the Dharmadhatu in Akanishta, when the great Lord of Joyful Dance bound the mother goddesses of existence to oath, the four horse-faced doorkeepers of the dwelling place mother goddesses, each showing their supreme and sacred form, as they promised not to break their oath, may they receive the offering torma and accomplish the task. After that past time, in the various practice places of the noble lands of Tibet, when the accomplished masters and vidyadharas opened the great secret mandala, the mother goddesses, dakinis, and powerful steadfast mothers, each showing their supreme and sacred form, as they promised not to break their oath, may they receive the offering torma and accomplish the task.
